Ken Page and his dad are featured on new TV show Backyard Oil, on Discovery Channel which aired the other night. Hopefully some new buyers will discover TNKY and it'll gain some momentum again.

Close to getting a serious investment group to reach out to TNKY. They know the company and Pages and invested in TNKY when it was .10. They like the story and have a M&a team that can bring deals to TNKY. They currently have a property in Kentucy that can be had on the cheap that has some serious production. Unfortunately they have many things on their plate and have not had time to re-engage with the Pages. If they get their group involved or can broker a deal that brings revenue to TNKY we should see a significant upward move of the PPS.

This could be the 1/4 that puts TNKY on the map. Lots of drilling being done and the "big one" could be hit at any minute. You can't win if you don't play the game and those that get in early will be the ones to reap the huge rewards when they strike a 100 barrel a day well. Hopefully will be sooner than later.

I wish TNKY was trading higher (and confident it will be soon) but respect them for not hyping the stock by giving shares to ruthless promoters. Their approach is right. Build the fundamentals and when the stock takes off the gains will be sustainable!

This stock is undervalued. The debt that have is almost gone and is not a reflection of the current management. It was inherited from the old shell. The company has a good revenue stream and if they hit one big well we will move to 3-5 a share in no time. Hopefully they will expand to other locations in the US to increase their chances of hitting the big one! The company is not cash strapped which is usually the downfall of small companies. I believe this stock will be a FIVE DOLLAR STOCK in 2013!

TN-K Energy Group Inc. is proud to announce the completion of a $4.8 million two part transaction, which included the sale of its 27.5% Working Interest in the Clark leases and the acquisition of 5% Overriding Royalty interest in the Blaydes, Ervin, Hickerson, Simmons, Pansy Clark and JR Clark leases.

CROSSVILLE, Tenn., April 23, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TN-K Energy Group Inc. (OTCBB:TNKY) today announced that the company led the sales and negotiations, between the buyers and sellers, of a $4.8 million two part transaction. The first part of the transaction involved the sale of its own 27.5% working and operating interest in existing production and the checkerboard participation rights known as the J.R. Clark and Pansy Clark leases, of approximately 700 acres, in Green County, Kentucky. TN-K retained 5% overriding royalty interest in existing production and received a 30% drilling participation right of the total undeveloped acreage in which the Company previously had only a checkerboard agreement. (Checkerboard agreement means the rights to only every other well to be drilled)

The second part of the transaction, which TN-K led, TN-K received a substantial commission, acquired 5% overriding royalty interest in the Blaydes, Ervin, Hickerson, and Simmons leases existing production, and up to 30% drilling participation rights on all new wells to be drilled on these leases for only the cost of drilling. The leases are located in Green County, Kentucky and total approximately 500 acres.

Ken Page, C.E.O. & President of TN-K Energy Group Inc. expressed his excitement in the transaction by stating, "TN-K has substantially increased our working capital, retained and gained drilling rights to some of the most highly producing and proven areas in the state of KY.
