No dead cat bounce here.........
let me check it out
Thanks
Isn't this what the latest 8k stipulates?
Really? Do you have a link?
Asset Auction the 28th. What will be left for shareholders after that?
This will end up another pinky shell......no thanks............
Tintri is at halt after increase.
Looks like it is I'll be traded till the grave.
Maybe the firms will make money after all.
Still new traders, still people trying to mot it to .10
Tintri will be the most baffling stock in a long time. Maybe the insiders know something and we were all wrong the whole time.
Volume increased from 2 to 5 million.
Up from the .02 crash.
New buyers.
Some of the big boys are also still holding. That is very curious.
I shorted TNTR 100k shares at 0.22ss...I was lucky to get shares to short. I will cover my shorts at a point below 0.04..
I can kind of see why people held before. but once news that the buyout bidder was gone and the new bidder only wanted to buy the assets, AND Tintri moved their earnings date before the delisting date (then moved it again) it was time to sell. but people brought instead.
.02 cents to .09 cents, to . 07 then was at .05 but now is at .068. People are still buying this stock.
Half the people with brokers that don't have updated share prices and still have tintri at .16 cents should actually sell now because the broker is going to cover the difference so you'll get more money now if you sell before the updates.
You have TONS of people that are down huge and are going to want out at the first uptick....PLUS, you now have millions of shares in this range in the hands of flippers. Only way it would run up is IF some great and unexpected news came out. Jmo....because as I've said, this one is a strange bird indeed. Not worth putting money on this as I said the past few days when peeps were buying in th teens and twenties.
Uh no you didn't you said it was going to be .01 the other day.
Seems its trading on Pink Sheets now at .07, But some of the brokerages haven't updated that fact and still have Tintri at .16 cents.
Seems like the whole things a mess. Tons of guys from brokerages, especially the free ones, are saying that the prices aren't changing on their end so they don't know if it's safe to sell.
Meanwhile the ones that are had it jump from .02 to .09 and now it's .07, only a slight drop of users from yesterday.
I was expecting tons of sell offs but uh...
Told you so...when Q is added, DOOM...soon 0.01
Millions and millions of shares were bought at .15 to .20+ and now those buyers are waking up to major losses which I think is going to cause a major bid slap fest to get out with whatever they can.
Brokerages had it up 3% before it was removed from nasdaq a couple hours ago.
Where does it show that is up 3%?
Tintri has a reduced installbase before the last firing round and has no significant reputation.
Tintri literally has no value without the assests.
There is value for a public shell.
Another company wanting public exposure, could use TNTR as a vehicle for a R/M
Tintri off NASDAQ and now in transition to OTC.
And uh...
Up 3%+
So yeah....
Still buying for some reason.
Tintri to be delisted from NASDAQ today after pre-market.
I know man. This Is the craziest play I've watched in a LONG time. I'm at a loss on this one for sure. I've been trading since '04 and this one takes the cake for sure!
Who would buy Tintri with no assets and no employees?
Tintri has only risen after hours. No sell off.
As for the rest of your post I'm not sure it's relevant seeing as first thing tomorrow at opening Tintri will be on OTC.
So yeahh.. they also moved their earnings call again.

Possible, but why would a company RM into a shell that has SO much work to be done to "clean it up". It has to go through the bankruptcy proceedings first, which tells me that if DDN doesn't buy, then another buyer is going to want the whole enchilada for pennies on the dollar.
The play in my opinion was a Company coming in to buy TNTR at a good PPS. That looked and still looks very unlikely at this point.
The big losers are the institutional financiers, which is why it's be trading very erratic lately.
Question because I haven't researched it due to being busy....isn't trading suppose to be ended in the stock as of tomorrow?
It's not over yet for the shareholders.
The public company / Shell may be sold independently from the assets and liabilities.
This could be an opportunity for a new clean company to do reverse merger MD become public very quickly.
This would give all existing shareholders in TNTR the opportunity to still trade their shares with exciting future
All in my Opinion
My opinion only....
TNTR= Bankruptcy protection.
TNTR= DIP financing until debt is paid.
Non-binding buyer= asset purchase only.
Asset purchase= TNTR paying debts off to close shop and be debt free.
Trading= suspension as of 8pm after hours today. Still true?
Institutional holders= Trying to uphold stock to sell as much as possible by way of games.
Retail buyers= Volume dropping fast.
Common shareholders= Loss
Prediction= massive sell off between now and close, and even worse after hours
Question- Who owns millions of shares below .18?
3000 new owners of Tintri since yesterday by 11am. Likely more now.
Why are people jumping in? Is there new news we haven't heard of? Do people know something?
Heck we were expecting .01 by ed of day but I mean huh???
Nope. The are more buyers now then yesterday.
I guess bankruptcy and a company being assets and not shareholders somehow translates to buy as much as possible.
When Q is added (perhaps tomorrow), it's gonna tank big..

I can honestly say that I'm clueless at this point. It's trading completely opposite of my intuitions. That's why I stayed out, if I don't get the rhythm or rhyme of a stock, then I won't buy. It's like jumping into a body of water without knowing what's in it, how deep it is, what temp it is, etc.
Looking at some trackers the big boys aren't doing anything there are actually more holders now than an hour ago.
I mean the big boys, along with the people mass dropping out might be the only reason the share price isn't at 3000%+, I mean we have people actually buying thousands of shares and keeping the stock price up.
It's absolutely baffling. I expect that when a lot of the people jumping ship are done by 4pm the buyers will be the only ones during after hours and the price will skyrocket through the night till open tomorrow.
I mean the big boys might actually get there like +1000% boost tonight and tomorrow or more.
I mean these got to be guys who don't understand stocks using all those low cost or free apps (robinhood m1) who are buying. I mean some of those apps removed warrants because people didn't understand what they were. You aren't supposed to jump in here without some beforehand knowledge.
But even then it should be obvious a company that FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY isn't going to magically get a buyer, especially since they already announced they have a bidder already who isn't even a buyer just may "think about" buying their ASSETS ONLY.
It's like a train wreck you have to keep watching.
The fact people are buying amazes me... It honestly looks more like the big boys are jjust trading back and forth and retails money is getting sucked into it.
This one is a DONE case...soon will be Chapter 7
The guys with hundreds of thousands of shares ain't getting shit if it can't bump up past .30
But the fact buyers INCREASED after the bidder news "non binding} and the bankruptcy leak, which was hidden, is uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh............
I'm just gong to say baffling. Some guys are doubling down have 10k+ shares on some forums. They must think the fairy is coming because I'm confused where their imaginary returns are going to come from.
Correct, and that's why I stated they are just selling shares. The institutional investors are playing this for all they can get out of it before it really tanks. Just think about how it's traded over the past few weeks.
Yup...common shareholders will be the LAST to see any gain (if at all) on this NON-BINDING play between TNTR and DDN! But yet, peeps keep buying. Crazy!
I mentioned that before in the link I posted when you responded before. Same news.
Only change was that they kept the bankruptcy secret until a third-party leaked it. Which was BEFORE Datadirect came out of nowhere and offered to buy assets.
People wouldn't have bumped Tintri up with they knew about the bankruptcy filing before the "acquisition" news, which isn't a real acquisition, and is a promisary note on top of that.
I have been able to short 100,000 shares at 0.225...weeeeeeeeeee
