Next Week’s Hot Stocks Outlook

OraSure Technologies ($OSUR) had a predictive moving average crossover to the upside in late June indicating a bullish trend. Additionally, the VantagePoint neural index moved to a “one” position. This indicated to traders that there was short-term 48-hour strength in that market. Since that crossover, the market was up 20.41% in 17 trading days or $3.17 per share.

Rockwell Medical ($RMTI) had a predictive moving average crossover to the downside indicating a bearish trend. The Neural Index also moved into the zero position. Traders were able to short this market for profit using VantagePoint’s expected next day highs and lows.

Wabash National Corp ($WNC) had a crossover to the upside in early-June and the neural index moved to a “one” position indicating that the market was expected to strengthen over the short term. In the 28 trading days, the market was up 8.25% or $1.73 per share.

DTII News of Debt Swap with .01 Floor, Capital Increase of Just Under $1 Million, Share Structure, and Entering Negotiations to Secure Production Funding

1. Debt Swap with .01 Floor (Short Term Target .02-.03+)

On June 13, 2017, the Company issued 1,751,824 preferred shares to two individuals in exchange for full payment of $175,182 of debt. Each Series A preferred share is convertible into 10 shares of DTII voting common stock, and carries voting rights on the basis of 100 votes per preferred share on any vote of common stockholders.

If fully converted that would come out to 17,518,240 common shares. So, for the debt holder to be made whole on their $175k debt DTII stock would have to be trading at a price of at least $0.01 to $0.02 per share, minimum.

2. Debt Reduction and Capital Increase

As reflected in the companys latest quarterly SEC Filing, Defense Technologies International Corp. has reduced its liabilities by $436,773 and increased its capital by $920,420 during the months of November 2016 to January 31, 2017.

In case you don't know what a Dump and Pump is, follow this link, scroll down about half way, and read about Dump and Pump. It is when a high quality company manipulates their own stock price down (temporarily) with the objective of insiders buying stock at a very low price.

IMUN has been heavily manipulated down (in my opinion) and I have big evidence in this post in the link. I believe PPS will erupt soon. Per the most recent 8-k on June 12th, sales are expected to begin by the end of Q3, but we should expect contract announcements and announcements regarding new management earlier than that. IMUN stock made a huge move last week (5 days green in a row, big break across median bollinger band) after I made this post my "Sticky note" this past Saturday 7/8. Because no news was released, it is highly likely that the market strongly agrees with my opinion in this "Sticky Note" - my opinion that the reason the stock is so cheap is because it was heavily manipulated down. I am a moderator on the IMUN board. The IBOX is well organized, so it makes it easy to do your DD if you decide to do so, although it will take a lot of time of course.

This stock can be traded by an online broker called Virtual Brokers that Canadians can trade any stock without restrictions. If the stock shows then it can be played, heard another player try to start a rumour like this once, costs people opportunities when players try to play games. There is enough games and doubts that get tossed around lol.
