CDEL, as we've talked about many times on this board, is most likely PFM (Phoenix Fund Management), the Florida hedge fund. He went away for a while, but appears to be back now.

If CDEL was never around, this stock would likely already be way way higher. He keeps putting a wall up with his shares. The court ruled back in February that PFM will not be allowed to own more than 4.99% of the company. Because, altogether, PFM has been issued more shares than 4.99%, PFM has been selling off. No idea how much longer CDEL will be around.
