I think I might go crazy and sell all my silver tomorrow
its just to high. Even right now I am watching it fall, after hours
trading. Besides if silver goes crazy and the dollar fails. Like all the silver hoarders think. Then It will get so bad that a .10 bullet is worth way more then a ounce of silver.

They called a bottom in the housing market, Things are turning around I think the worst is behind us there's not going to be a 60$ per oz silver.

what I am really hoping for is a ,
full economic recovery in 15 years or better
so if I can hold out for the splits have the 8 lots
and sell them for 100k per lot.

and keep the other lot forever

that's including my house and 5 acres.
a 6.5 lot that I can split now if I want.

then a 4.5 lot and a 4. lot next to each other in in a higher class township this alone is about half in 3 more years I can split this and have 4 lots, then in ten years after I will be able to split them again and have 8 lots.

ya under estimate a little. But I new I was biting off a big chunk not more then I can chew. But $$$ is $$$ so if I can get a better rate, why not

I picked up 3 cheap lots this year in a couple of driftnet townships
I am near 10k in taxes now. Not cool, so I set up 2 meetings with 2 driftnet township boards tomorrow to plead my cases. Will try for a break or reduction in taxes. I even have the papers to file farm.

High gas prices are here to stay,
its the only way to save America.
It will hurt for a bit but its the only way to keep our jobs here.
The Chinese can build some thing for $1. that cost us a $100. to build. But If it cost $100. in shipping to get here, then the American made part is now cheaper.

I am near the motor city , and we are seeing a small boom right now. Many shops are on over time again, and the big 3 is now paying the tool&die shop's 20% extra on there parts if they get the job done ahead of schedule.

Maybe when the middle-east calms down, we will see a small dip on oil, but in a voodoo-economic way it would be better for all of us in the long run if gas was $5.00 a gallon.

We would be forced to buy local and keep our jobs here.
