aren't there some discounts for dilution economies of scale?
LOL BKMP: if 1B share buyback had 12B dilution, does this mean that the 5B share buyback will have 60B dilution?
Any opinions on BZTG here? Per the company, they've posted profitable fins for the last 4 quarters in a row. 4Q 2006 was $1.3mm in earnings. OS = 280mm. PPS = .04. Of course, those financials are unaudited which means nothing is verifiable. But if they aren't lying (uhh, lol) then this thing is way undervalued. They're also giving guidance at $10mm earnings this year.
Go ahead, tear me up! Gotta be something fishy with this one?
The cryin' shame is the number of posts to the pumpers sites and the lack of posts to places like DISSENT. BANY is being loaded by members of Breakout as of Friday as a bottom play..just for a look at how it's done.
Nice chart. I'll check it out tonight.
I'm thinking that if it breaks below the bottom on the ascending channel in the chart below, it's due some major consolidation to, hopefully for the longs' sakes, no less than .001. Will wait for confirmation of reversal before buying. I see the MACD is just crossing negative now. Do you think this stay down for long? Looks like last time it happened, it was shortlived as the pps fast bounced back.. making buying op a short one.
I'mm looking at the last area of consolidation around the .0013 to the .0008's. These trade on pump and dumps in my opinion. The MA's are good to a point but it's hard for me to put much stock in them..unless your daytrading a bottom play...MACD on my one and five minute charts are critical there. I see any weakness resulting in a slide to the .000's as really detrimental to the pps. If INXR holds at .0010 and a meaty pr hits with the real stuff yeah it's off to the races again. Barring that, descent back to the .000's is well, time to average down and if your in that clan then you don't belong here.
Lol.. just read this while searching INXR ticker across ihub. Yup, major buying op coming on it at .001-12. Watch out for them cult boards, they bite!
Ditto, I was the same way. Hard lessons learned already.
A year ago I was just like them, now that I see what is going on I'm much more prudent in my picks, looking for bottom plays. It helps to be in a group like Breakout. ETIM was hot yesterday and most were already out in our room. I picked up TGLE last week and sold Friday before the close, at the ask and the mm's took 'em. Look at it now. I'm gettin' deleted at INXR for telling them its a buy at .001-.0012 and it's drifting to my price without any effort on my part.
It really is amazing, I agree. It's cult-like in that so many will stop at nothing just to continue to "believe". Playing with real money, when carrying that mentality, is scary.
The need to look under every stone for a savior in these pos's is amazing. People will grab at any piece of info in an attempt to just "believe". Fact is news is the event that leads to the selloff, 99.999% of the time. That is how to play 'em, by the event.
Cult behavior, sand. It can't be described in any other way. There are still posters on the RB CMKI board who think Casavant is working hard to make them rich.
Lol! I'm riding free shares in VYEY avg. .25, hoping for a close of $1 today. Its really quiet on the boards though, so if you hop in please keep any posting to a minimum...the last thing I would want is for the pump crowd to get involved. The O&G prospect they picked up is 50% of 138,000 acres in the Williston basin in montana. It is looking very solid for a POS OTC stock, but I really like how nobody has picked up on it, so I can coast casually without fear of a huge spike and then death-drop, at least not until I have a 10 Bagger lol. The website has a powerpoint presentation that Coastal Petroleum had presented for trying to solicit joint partners. Send me a PM with your email and I will give you some really good info on it, but again, I really like it being a low-key deal right now, so I'd rather send it to you privately.
As for their delusions...yeah, Petar PWN3D them all.... Looks like USSE had huge news today: official Merger with Ethanol Co. Unfortunately, this "Ethanol Co." is ONYI, a/k/a Only New York Inc., who made some shit clothing that never worked... but HEY!!! That automatically qualifies them for marketing Alternative Automotive Fuel!!!! ROTFLMFAO.
GG, So true. My question is... are they truly that delusional and/or ignorant? Or are they that highly disingenuous? I suppose some of both, depending on the person. It's like a cult mindset.
Which POS are you in? lol
sandbath; They're living in a delusional world... like so many of those in these POS's. I'm just happy my POS is doing exceptionally well lol.
I'm amazed that there are folks over on the SLJB board still trying to paint management in a positive light, after their admitted stock fraud (admitted it to the OSC, from what I can tell). It's like comedy hour on that board, in all reality.
Thanks, I did get a good response on that. The reason I presented it the way I did is because it seemed to me that a lot of the debate was picking at different "components" and missing the fact that no matter where your expertise is you can find one or more of the required steps to analyze.
The reason I "gave them" step 1 is because it has been endlessly debated and it seems the debate is over on that one. Neither side willing to concede.
That messsage was a call to THINK. Are all of those steps required to make a success? I think a concensus on that question is yes.
Then we look at the steps and break them down in a "Pass - Fail" manner.
In the end, look how many you have a good solid "Pass" and how much you are willing to gamble on the others getting a "Pass" grade and how long you are willing to wait for the report card.
If any step gets a "Fail" you ask - Can it ever "Pass"? and when?
I am amazed how many indicate that they give a "Blanket Pass" grade to the whole set based on nothing more than PR and "gut feeling" of trust. I don't ever discount those, but rather use them as subjective "bonus points" after the objective part of the test is scored.
That is how I break this one down to make my decision.
Excellent analysis: this is what this board is all about. I will add one thing to that analysis: Before any of the considerations that you listed, it must be a process that works. So far, its all speculation and a couple of "hired-guns" stating that it works.
Spec,
Quite frankly, the company has never flattly stated many of the assumptions that the board makes. You may even be right with the "3rd cut" idea, we just don't know. I think skeptical is a good place to be on this stock right now. I am out of it, and unless the company makes some drastic changes in the way they are running this, I am going to stay out.
Don't know if this helps, but it would have sucked to have written all that and not get a response.
Murph
Might try here instead of the USSE "zoo board".
Any thoughts on the following
Five things must happen for the company to have long term viability. It takes all five, lose one and you have a failure.
1-Must have a process that makes a sufficient quantity of products from feedstocks to be cost effective.
2-Must produce in "continuous mode" reliably to supply contracts
3-Products must be of a sufficient quality to be used for their intended purpose in a cost effective way (this will almost guarantee step four)
4-Must secure contracts to sell products (biofuels, fertilizer, biogas, greentags) at a profit
5-Must perform production and delivery to contract specs
on step one - I doubt it performs as claimed but for sake of argument, I will give them this one
step 2 - by reports of recent visitors, freeus is not running yet for long periods of continuous production. They say it needs "tweaking" but it sounds more like it won't run in continuous mode reliably and is still in the development stage. This thing could go thru several complete re-designs and may take years to get a functioning continuous system. It is not just a scaled up version of the "batch type" demo unit. It is a total different design.
Step 3 - product quality - this is influenced by the design changes from scale-up. QC is much more difficult and the company has NEVER flatly stated that all five gallons produced from a bushel will be 128K BTU/gal. It may be that cut 1 and cut 2 are useable but the remainder of the 5 gal is the "never mentioned cut 3" and is mostly water or otherwise unuseable.
Also on product quality, we have no official results of emissions in different uses. Now THERE is a RED FLAG! A commercial use of a new fuel and no emission tests made public? Permits for that will certainly require it and if they are genuinely intending to use it, they must have done testing. Only one reason that info is not out that I can think of, because the results are not good and will cause delays in getting permits.
Step 4 - much debate on this one regarding the cost to produce at the (possibly unreachable) company claims. Just the known feedstock costs yeild a product that has a "lowest possible break-even price" that will not compete at market rate even with figuring in the green tags, fertilizer, and bio-gas sales at PREMIUM PRICES.
Step 5 - This is just a matter of "Just Do It". If all of the other steps are there, get financing, build it, cook the beans.
Even if I give step 1 (still a stretch in my mind), Step 2 is a huge hurdle that all but a few are ignoring. Scaling up to continuous production is a huge development step. There have been no official statements of any milestones being reached. Instead we have "Freeus #1 is complete" and "capable of producing 6000 gal/day". Ask how much has been produced in a day and you get ignored or "we already answered that a hundred times". Excuse me! No you didn't.
No sense even getting into step 3 because we have no info except selected "peeks" in the way of analysis of small portions of the output. No emission test results, can't debate at this time.
Step 4 is the use of the products in a marketable way meaning they can compete with other options. Mr. Davis seems to imply that since the renewable quotas are mandated, there are no other options so pricing can cure all obstacles. If pressed for details, he will either ignore, insult, or reply but avoid anything that would resemble a concise and complete answer. "Smoke, squirm, and dodge" when the insults fly at skeptics instead of providing truthful answers, sombody is hiding something!
Still skeptical
They think they have something in that swamp gas lol.
Are they talking about,"bayou fuel"? Thats what that aerial photo looks like to me.
It's incarnate in USSE now apparently. Go check out their board, there is heavy KoolAid chugging over there b/c of the "trust" they have in Rivera.
Good grief. Is the cybercare scam rising from the dead?

Is there a class action going on?
Might be a good idea.

I met John Rivera last November and he assured me that he deals with the matter and have enough shares as to comply. I am absolutely sure that John is a very reliable man who always sticks to what he promises.
For sure he will comply with this one as well.
He should be quite busy and I feel everything is much slower than what he expects.

Old shareholder catching up ...
OK, I'm an old CYBR board member from 7 years ago (new ID, the old one no longer worked) trying to catch up on CYBR and what my 10K shares of old cybercare will get me these days, besides another long term carryover loss with the IRS. Too many old posts here to catch up on or make sense of.
Am I eligible for new shares in an acquiring company? Thought I saw something saying I had to have my CYBR share certs in hand, which I don't (Scottrade has my acct these days). Does that mean I'm screwed, yet again?!?
Many thx! ... if better answered via email, let me know and I'll find a way to hook up.

John Riveraq promised to give shares of USSE to shareholders of CYBR in some unknown ratio at some unknown date. If I were you, I would e-mail my name, address and number of shares to JR. He used to have a form to do this on the USSE web site (www.usse.us).
Good luck.
I can tell you from my visit last week that they are not responding to every email and telephone call, simply because they could never get any real work accomplished. They are literally getting hundreds of emails and calls a day and cannot possibly answer them all personally.
That is one reason they hired Maximus. It did not take long for Maximus to also reach the point where he cannot keep up with the demand for information.
It has also gotten to the point that they also will have a hard time accommodating visitors. I am sure they will have to come up with a visitation plan to accommodate requests.
A good problem to have I guess.

Some nice USSE long (name withheld, for now) just sent me this message as a reply to a post on this board, although I have never sent a private message to ANYONE on I-hub:
QUOTE:
""Don't you send me any private messages you old nuclear fuck. You are nothing but a jaded POS. Keep up your bashing, it makes USSE stronger.""
To the person who sent this: I don't know WTF you are talking about.....
PS: Is sending someone a message like this a TOU violation???
IHDR (now RENW) had a some visitors (although not 10, to my knowledge) go to the EFTI plant in Mobile, of all places, and they all vouched for the product, both EC-V and CAVD process (startlingly like your "Rivera Process")......for some reason though, they soon sold (while about the same time saying that "the weak hands were selling" in the .20s), in order to free up cash and "load the boat with even more shares" sometime in the indeterminate future ......they had, as you ask, pictures, video, Public Validations and Eyewitness statements....also, the Co released an engineering report on the EC-V (although they soon retracted it from their web site when people realized how abysmally the EC-V had actually performed)....
Not exactly the same, but good enough of an example for you????
PS: one of these people who did the above was IHDR, the poster, now banned from I-hub......something for you to think about.....
Oh yeah, FWIW, EFTI also has had independent labs analyze the carbon from the CAVD.....we were told what amazing properties it had.......then we were told how Dalton Carpet was going to be using the Carbon from the CAVD to make carpet cores (or something like that)....
http://goliath.ecnext.com/coms2/gi_0199-811745/EarthFirst-Technologies-Publishes-Carbon-Test.html
http://goliath.ecnext.com/coms2/gi_0199-4235837/WESCO-An-EarthFirst-Subsidiary-Reaches.html
So that's what "the evidence" is worth for OTCBB and Pink-Sheet Companies.......yesterday's promises have a tendency to become an old movie...."Gone with the Wind".....
I actually emailed the company back on February 14th about the size of the reactors. Still haven't gotten a response, but you were able to get me one in a matter of minutes. I have to trust that what you say is true, and I do, but the lack of response from the company is a little troubling.
Exactly why would you seek information from an internet site? You would have faith in what someone will tell you?
Obviously not. So, I can only advise you to call the company if you want answers, and let everyone know what yuou find out. If they want to know, I would advise them to do the same. This blind faceless screen is not a good place to get answers.
Or have you called? I have not seen where you have done so.
Good Luck.
Challenge to USSE shareholders:
1) Many consent that it is somewhat faith based investing, and Rivera is trustworthy; please explain why he lied to CYBR holders, and how that merits trust in him.
2) While I respect Ihub members seeing the facility, there have been lies on these boards plenty of times (i.e., SLJB-> we've seen the facilities, BKMP -> Comcast Confirmed!! to carry the Fight Network in July 2006). Accordingly, independent analysis of the Rivera process would be credible, and yet nobody has cared to show why the researchers were qualified, whether they were paid, and where/what journals they have published in. The facility exists, that is pretty much self-explanatory. But to justify $175,000,000 in current value, the process must work, so where is the verification?
4) If the co. is so great, and they PR the scientists visiting as confirmation of the process, why do they not provide any information on the scientists, or why has nobody posted information about the credentials of these experts who are pretty much the sole credible witnesses to the process?
5) If everything is so good, why are they on the pinks, instead of forming as a filing company on the OTC?
6) They merged with ONYI, who is changing to producing ethanol. What experience did this clothing company have beforehand, and what success did they have under there intended business plan?
7) What patents or contracts does the company have? Who are the contacts for such information that can be confirmed? I appreciate the post with the T/A's number, and although this information would be harder to find, I encourage response. Without a process that works, $175,000,000 is way overvalued at now, and will continue to drop without further validation. That being said, I'm sure many are confident in the co. just because it feels right, but I know I won't purchase at these levels without more information
I'd also like to see what other company has had 10+ members of IHub visit their facility and all come to the same conclusion that it's the most amazing thing they've ever seen.......
Or any other OTC company that has as much evidence of validity as USSE has.....Pictures, Videos, Public Validations, EyeWitness Statements, Independent Lab Reports....etc etc.........
With all that evidence staring them in the face, they STILL choose to bash the company......I can only wonder what their REAL agenda is......lol...z
Good post....and yes, these Cos have merit, but as a TRADING VEHICLE, as you prove......nothing else there really, a vast majority of people who hold become bag-holders....(and look at the history of the current list of characters for the odds of this happening with USSE)......I LOL when I read that "Support USA Now" joker (the same guy supporting blatant and unbalanced censorship) when he says he will hold this for 12 years, then retire rich.....
Any comment on the CYBR "sale price"?????.....you have a quote handy for what a share of CYBR is worth???? (but hey, it wasn't really "halted", my mistake).....
PS: You had better get buying, since the sales price is such a deal....what is the market cap again????......yeah, way undervalued.....I see your point......
Here's the deal with me, the absolute truth, you can take it or leave it.
I bought shares in USSE in the beginning/middle of January, at a pretty cheap price. I slightly more than doubled that money in a few days, so I sold. I sold completely intending to purchase more if and when the price dropped. Sure enough, a little while later, it fell, and I bought more. I believed in the company, I believed in the process, I believed that this could be something that would change the world.
After a week or so with my new shares, I sold again, turning significantly less of a profit, but a profit nonetheless. I started to seriously look into the company and the claims they were making. I did not even bother looking into the technical claims they were making, because that was way over my head. I started to look into the more subtle claims, the simple things that would just be overlooked in a typical reading.
I started to look into their connection with Turnkey Electric, and in particular, Mr. Davis and his web of companies. In both my private emails from Mr. Davis and the public responses that he gave, I began to suspect something wasn't right. He claimed partnerships and connections left and right, but only gave links to a handful-they were all owned and operated by him. He also listed Pratt and Whitney, and claimed that Turnkey had a pretty tight relationship with them. An email I recieved after I sold denied a relationship at all, and directly refuted a claim Mr. Davis made. Mr. Davis countered with another lie, and the rest is history.
He also listed Caterpillar as a partner, and I emailed them a while ago, but never got a response.
So, in conclusion, I am not nervous. I have nothing left invested in this company. It has become more of something to do in my spare time, looking into this company. The lies seems to just get more and more embedded with common knowledge, and the whole promoting/bashing aspects interest me.
"""I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it""" (Volatire)
Since this isn't true on the pumpers board, and they value censorship and greed over freedom of speech (and not just idle speech, but valuable history of some of the parties now involved in USSE), I assume that was part of the reason for in the creation of this board.....
PS: Why are YOU here???? If the Rivera process does all it claims, you have nothing to worry about, just like the CYBR shareholders who were left hanging dry....just hope that this "technology" doesn't suddenly walk to someone else.....EFTI >> CYBR >> USSE >> ???.....
so who is nervous????.....and who knows the HISTORY????
PPS: I'll leave it as an exercise for you to find a quote about what happens to whose who can not remember the past.....

It's pretty ridiculous that the reputation of a company, in some peoples' minds, is even remotely associated with a message board. A company should be able to stand on its own.

In its Order revoking the registration of securities of CyberCare registered with the Commission pursuant to Section 12(g) of the Exchange Act, the Commission found that CyberCare had failed to comply with Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 thereunder, while its common stock was registered with the Commission in that it has not filed an annual report on Form 10-KSB since April 15, 2002, or quarterly reports on Form 10-QSB since Nov. 20, 2002.
The Commission cautions brokers, dealers, shareholders, and prospective purchasers that they should carefully consider the foregoing information along with all other currently available information and any information subsequently issued by the company.
Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, Section 12(j) provides, in pertinent part, as follows:

FACT: USSE curr. valued at $175,000,000.
They so far allegedly have 1 reactor which can generate $469,285 in revenue/year. There are other companies in the thick of the BioFuel race, with better funding, and not reliant on Printing Shares to develop this. If people put down the KoolAid for a minute they might ask themselves this. Furthermore, what happened with Rivera's promises from last spring about EFTI/CYBR, where SH's got shafted? Was that just a tough break for them? In doing so, do you think he'll be any different for USSE?

I never saw that before. Punches after punches, the guy is still up swimming in the negativity. How can you sleep?
Last week I was mentioning that USSE will cut the hands of the Middle East people holding the genitals of the Americans. It seems that you got excited about it? Which part?
I try to find what kind of person you are and I got it.
Everybody saw the movie " The silence of the lambs " with Anthony Hopkins and Jody Foster. Everybody remember Buffalo Bill sewing skins in the basement.
Paperprophet, when I see your name on the board, I imagine you like Buffalo Bill, in the darkness of a stinky basement, just using a laptop instead of a sewing machine.
That's all.
Hey Zardiw, you can delete. After all it semi-OT.

I would also expect the CYBR symbol to change to something like USSE, if that's not already taken...or something like that.
