CREEP re; my DD on GRDO

Hey Creep. Here's my take on GRDO; Take it FWIW hope it helps.

My primary concern for Guard Dog Inc. (PK: GDCO) is the share count. Since the company is not current with its financial filings there may be even more shares. There is also a chance that the company will issue another huge chunk of shares to make an acquisition that was recently discussed. Since the authorized can effectively go to as high as 1.45 billion shares, you can pretty much count on a reverse split in the future. The stock has had trouble moving above .011 or .012 per share. If it closes above .012 on volume it may go much higher and break out, but I doubt it. There are a lot of competitors in the Identity theft protection market.

On a positive note, a radio and TV promotion will begin this week … WINTER PARK, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Guard Dog Inc. (Pink Sheets: GRDO) today announced they have executed an agreement with top radio talk show host Bud Hedinger. Bud will begin promoting the Guard Dog product line incorporating in the local awareness of the devastating effects of identity theft. The endorsement program will first air October 4 and run for 13 weeks.

Guard Dog recently has launched an aggressive awareness campaign that showcases their new product line. The campaign includes selective TV and radio marketing that will reinforce their grassroots efforts. The focus is consumer based and emphasizes educating consumers on identity theft and many methods of the crime.

FRDM Update

Well she's definitely taking her time, but no worries, FRDM is a solid stock and a solid company, and those are few and far between at 3 cents. If you own FRDM and you have any questions or concerns, call the CEO and he will talk to you.

I have CEO and IR guys numbers if anyone is interested. They would love to talk to any shareholder.

Obviously the stock is a steal under 3 cents, and in my opinion should be trading at 10 cents, and .06 is very very doable from here, and thats a DOUBLE!

Long and strong, watchin it every day, and the last few trading days looks to be turning the corner and coming back. I'll bet you within a week those shares in the high two's are gonna look like a great buy. Either way, FRDM is probably one of the best and safest 3 cent stocks you can own right now. It's not a day trade, more like a month or longer. But now may be the time to buy more, she seems to be showing a little steam. Set your news alerts.

Check out SILA

Check out Gold American Mining Corp. (SILA) This company a few times a year retains a few stock promotion services. Looks like thers two of them going at the same time. If theres a play it will happen this week.

Heres what I like: the last two times these two particular promo groups were involved the stock nearly doubled each time. The first time from mid .60's to almost $1.20.

The last trade was .83. I subscribe to both of those promo services and I'll post tomorrow any analysis or reports. All I know the last two times these two groups got involved they really helped the stock. Lets hope thirds times the charm! We'll know in the next few days either way. The last time they ran this stock up it was nice and steady. Watch for increased volume from those promo services brining in their audiences and I wouldn't be surprised so if the company helped them out with a couple well timed PR's. So if SILA is in play and these guys can move it we'll see it happen by Wednesday, and if so I'd like to be in by .85 and out at a back if I can. The pop will be quick if it happens, so I figure if it does happen, in and out by Wednesday or Thursday. I'll post updates here if anybody playes it, post what you think here.

MM MAXM BACK ON PSGI OFFER

And that means cheap shares off the bottom. PSGI is turning into quite a roller. MAXM is unloading last batch of their 3+ mill shares. I'm looking for another roll in entry at .004 - ish... If MAXM can give it to me. Then once MAXM backs off the offer we should see the standard pop back to .006+

If you played my advice on PSGI starting w/ my first post on 09-02-10 this will be the 3rd shot to make 50% + in the last 3 weeks on this stock just by following MAXM's lead up "and" down.

Set news alerts, FRDM; big run coming

Right now FRDM is working with a few resources to increase shareholder awareness and get the word out. I follow services that provide such awareness campaigns as part of my DD. Most of them lack the muscle to be very effective, especially in this market. There are however a few out there who have the ability to actually help the share price if the company and conditions are right. They are usually able to do their part if the company is able to do its part. In other words they must answer the question for any investor :why this company and why right now?"

Timing is EVERYTHING for an effective push. The awareness services that are currently on board w/ FRDM always show up just before huge news. That's been their pattern going back years. Companies don't use these services unless they have something to give them to help them do their job, and those services don't deal w/ those companies unless they have something to get investors excited about and convince them "why this stock and why right now".

Look at FRDM's recent PR's. They keep getting stronger and stronger. They're acquiring companies bigger than them and with substantial earnings. Then all of a sudden some of the big boy shareholder awareness services arrive on the scene. The one's involved now aren't just touters. They are full-menu services that offer assistance for just about anything a publicly traded company might need to build them up. FRDM seems to be making all the right news, good news is increasing, big boy players have arrived with their tool kits, and the share price is perfect. The touters are looking for 10 cents to 14 cents per share.

What I am watching for is some major announcement. Those services are here "right now" for a reason I'd assume. Then I'd watch for a major increase in volume, enough so to double the price from here. That's all I'm looking for. I look for doubles in 30 days. I think if you call the company / IR they'll agree they feel the true share value should be several times current price.

I will post FRDM updates here as events warrant. And try to answer any questions. That's what TEAM TRADERS is all about; doing combined DD and identifying stocks that are likely to double in 30 days. They're out there. Look at my first pick PSGI. I also look for STHG to continue it's action this week. So far so good but I'm watching it like a hawk in case things level off. It was just a "QUICK PICK" I threw out there.

I own both stocks and I like both stocks, but timing is everything. And right now it's FRDM's "time". The problem right now w/ ACE is that the average investor gets their L2 and RTQ's from their online brokerage which is currently showing a 100% spread. That means any investor who buys AMKT "right now" takes a 50% hit the minute they buy the stock. No one will do that. So the stock will just sit there until AMKT finds a way to close that spread, which they can do by getting the right brokers / MM's involved, or until they find a bunch of investors willing to take a 50% loss just from buying the stock.

The 3 keys IMO for AMKT to breakout is [1] secure financing to go national ASAP. [2] Get past the 50 mall number [3] Close the spread on their stock. If I had to choose 1 of the 3 I'd pick close the spread. Right now it's the biggest hindrance to the stock running. Hope this helps and thanks for participating on the TEAM TRADERS board.

There's some stock the MM's have to eat through at .033 so they'll swap back and forth between .0031 and .0033 to fill/cross trades. Be patient; Monday will take care of the MM's. Then it's upward and onward from there.

Styrofoam, I liked your post on the AMKT board. I took a small position when The Green Baron had it as one of their picks. Their logic made sense as yours does. I am hoping for VSPC to do something soon, which it should, so I can freeup some money. I will then increase my position in AMKT. The low float and unique product peeked my interest. The Green Barons prediction of $10 to $15 makes sense to me. The low float makes a huge increase in price possible and attainable.

FRDM IS MY LATEST STOCK PICK

I am telling my TEAM TRADERS members here on Ihub that FRDM will start it's climb north this Friday (tomorrow) and really start to take off on Monday. I am predicting it to double or more in the next week or so. I will post my reasons why on this board and on FRDM Ihub board.

My first stock pick on Ihub posted on my board here called "TEAM TRADERS" was PSGI at .0041 (see my post on the TEAM TRADERS board on 09-02-10 to confirm). The first week after my pick of PSGI it ran up 46%. Then I posted to TEAM TRADERS members that the price would come back down to mid .003's (which it did the very next day I posted it would) and I listed the reasons why in my post. Now I am telling members it will go back up as soon as the MM MAXM gets off the offer. MAXM had 3+ million shares to sell this week and they've already dumped 2 mill over the past 2 days. Look for them to clear out by weeks end.

FRDM may be the best stock play you get all year. SET YOUR NEWS ALERTS and watch for the price to run starting Friday / Monday.

LOWER YOUR BUY ORDERS ON PSGI

The Market Maker MAXM just returned on the offer at .0044 word is they have a little over 3 million shares to sell and then they are cleaned out. It was MAXM all over the offer before that kept PSGI down. They were the only seller. I knew once they left the price would lift --- and it did. Now they're back.

I would let them sell their 3+ million. That should get us to mid to high .003's where it began. There's 1 big seller and they're clearing thru MAXM. After that there's nothing. I anticipate them being most of the volume (sells) while shareholders sit tight on the drop. Some may panic and sell too? But the longs will hold.

Right now I'm looking for a buy at .0035 to .0038 and it may take a few days.

MAXM may keep it down until the pop were looking for which I expect will start next week. Once that happens increased buying will clean out whatever MAXM has left at that point and the price should start it's lift.

THE KEY IS MAXM. Right now they're calling the shots. Just do what they do and right now they're selling (or not buying). When that changes...so do you.

WELCOME CREEP! and thanks for coming

PSGI is pulling back to mid to low .004's just like I said it would on my recent posts about it. currently .0041 X .0044 but no fills so far below .005

I have a small buy order at .0041 and .0043 GFD we'll see...

Probably some profit taking from those in at .004-ish? Maybe MM's using a few sells for a head fake? Either way the big move is coming. This pop from .0041 to .006 was I guess a few insiders picking up some shares. They filled up to .006 now it'll settle down until buying volume returns and I would look for news or something along those lines to start the volume and drive it back up again. My target is a penny or more from these levels but if you call the company I bet you can get thru to the CEO Roger Mohlman or Bob Ramsey the COO. I know a few investors that have. Maybe even tell them you're thinking about buying their stock and see what they have to say? The next 2 to 3 weeks will be big for PSGI and they may drop a "hint" about that if you can get them on the phone? They value their shareholders and know they need more of them and they seem very receptive to speaking with any interested investors. If you do speak w/ them or anyone from the company please post what they say here.

My latest pick is Freedom Environmental Services (FRDM). Set your news alerts and let's see what happens this & next week. I hear BIG things are in the works and the fireworks should start by next week. Personally I'm looking for a triple from these levels (.026)

Like I say in all my posts; don't play my first few picks here. Just mark them down and the price I pick them at then see what they do in the few weeks following my pick. You'll also notice THERE'S NO FRONT LOADING on my picks. PSGI was just sitting there at .0038 forever and the same thing w/ FRDM. There's 20k in volume today so far. That's nothing for a 2 cent stock. But I think all that will change in a few days. Set your news and volume alerts.

PSGI IS ABOUT TO DOUBLE READ THIS NOW

OUR FIRST PICK PSGI UP 46% ONE WEEK!

We first profiled Prime Star Group (PSGI) right here on this board on 09-02-10 at .0041 and less than a week later it hit .006 (up 46%)

Remember, our target price is 2 cents plus. However, we are possibly looking at a small dip back to .005 or maybe even the high .004's. Given our target price we feel any accumulation at or near .005 will still yield at least a double over the next 30 days.

We suggest setting PSGI on your radar screens and news alerts. There's a reason we expect this stock to possibly quadruple over the next 30 days or so. Watch for a possible pull-back but be ready to pull the trigger if the MM's show no signs of weakening.

PSGI shows muscle on even light volume so just a few days of large volume should give us our double.

TEAM TRADERS FIRST STOCK PICK: PSGI

I have been tracking Prime Star Group, Inc. (PSGI) for a while and it's moving up today after the market maker MAXM finally finished dumping all the stock they had to sell. That's what drove the price down from it's high. Check the chart to confirm.

Well... what I have been waiting for finally happened -- MAXM DISAPPEARED TODAY! And like I expected the stock is starting it's climb back up. I am VERY CONFIDENT this stock will double. JUST WATCH. I'm looking for it to go back to at least 2 cents, maybe higher by months end. But from the price right now .041 it's still an easy double from here back up to a penny where it should be by next week.

TRADERS NOTE: Although it's moving up today you might be able to spear some at .0038 but I think it's a safe buy up to .005. I don't expect much from the market over the next 2 weeks but PSGI is the exception. All I'm saying is set PSGI on your radar screens and watch it for a few days...you'll see what I mean.

[2] Don’t get greedy. Any sell in the “green” is a good one. Unrealized gains are not losses. Someone once asked Charles Schwab how he made his fortune in the stock market? He said, “by selling too soon.” Bulls make money -- Bears make money -- but Hogs get eaten.

[3] Always call the company. They’re usually your best source for what’s happening and what’s about to happen. Tell them you are a current and/or future shareholder. A talkative IR/CEO is worth their weight in gold; take notes.

[4] Acquire all of the tools of the trade including online trading capability, level 2, etc. And maybe one day in the future one of those computers that don't crash all the time.

[5] Doubling your money every 2 weeks is a full time job. The hours are 9:30 am EST to 4:00 pm EST Monday thru Friday, except holidays. You cannot expect what you are not around to inspect.

[6] When you hear hoof beats think horses not zebras; 99% of the time the most obvious answer is the correct one --- Acoms Razor. Ignore RED FLAGS at your own peril.

[7] If you take this business casually you will end up a casualty. Don't just learn the tricks of the trade -- LEARN THE ACTUAL TRADE! Do your homework and stick with TEAM TRADERS!

[8] Everyone always tells new traders to "paper trade" first until they get the hang of it -- but new traders never seem to do that. Then they go broke. Even Tom Brady still has to practice.

THE TEAM TRADERS SYSTEM FOR DOUBLING YOUR MONEY

Since the TEAM Traders system of identifying and properly trading stocks usually requires multiple trades on a short term basis utilizing multiple stocks, it is advised to create 5 groups of investing dollars within your single trading account.

For example; An account with a total trading amount of $10,000 would be divided into 5 groups of $2,000 each. One group of money for each stock (diversification). The key is to use only 4 groups of money to actively trade while keeping the 5th group in reserve for averaging down, etc. The goal is to have at least 1 of the groups (stocks) doubling every 2 weeks.


TEAM TRADERS CRITERIA FOR PICKING STOCKS

[1] Stocks must meet all the proper criteria for a significant run up over the short term. Let's be honest; There has to be more reasons for the stock to run up than you really really need it to. The only question is, why will the stock run up over the short term? If there is a valid reason(s) that stands up to the TEAM’s DD then continue down the criteria check list.

[2] Stocks must be at or near their low (to limit risk)for no other reason than normal market conditions. The best trend is a slow - steady decline in share price with no major negative events affecting the company, industry or stock. The stock must come down on its own.

[3] Ideally the recent high should be at least double your buy in price.

[4] The company must be on the verge of a positive development within the next few weeks. Stocks don't just run up for no reason. You may not see it, but there's ALWAYS a reason a stock comes into play. Just remember; Buy on rumor sell on news.

[5] The stock must be under accumulation. Insiders always tell their friends. If a stock is about to pop there will always be someone buying just before it does. Those types usually jump the gun so watch for a spike in buying then a short calm just before the storm.

[6] The fundamentals such as revenues, share structure, etc. must be present to support a major increase in share price (at least on paper) The logic being - if the same fundamentals that exist today existed when the stock was at its recent high, then it stands to reason those same fundamentals can get it there again.

[7] No obvious factors exist that would prevent the stock from at least doubling over the very short term.

There are shareholders out there right now who are in stocks that meet all of the above criteria. If you are one of them please feel free to use this message board to share your stock and any information you feel is pertinent and will help the TEAM conduct our DD.
