I was recently informed that progress is being made in regards to the filings. Personally I know somewhat of the labor involved in producing the filings on a regular basis, I'm sure catch up work is the same in any profession. So a little more patience???:)

No. All delinquent filers are the same, as far as the SEC is concerned. Either they're delinquent, or they're not. SWVI is. Therefore, its registration will be revoked.

And they have indeed. There's really no way around or over that wall, unless the company chooses to try what I outlined. The case of Telynx, from 2006-2007, is an example. Telynx was a delinquent registrant. It was suspended in an action involving a number of other delinquent issuers, and administrative proceeding was initiated against each of them.

As it happened, the Telnyx shell had recently been sold to a new owner who apparently knew nothing of its exceedingly dodgy past or of its reporting requirements. He protested vociferously, asking why he should pay for the (many) sins of old management.

I read just fine and I also spell just the same. So I'll spell it out for you. Swingplane Ventures Inc is staying in my opinion. With all that following you have encountered you must have picked up on some ways to lead. And how do we lead? By example. So, I personally would greatly appreciate you and anyone else who decides to post on here to drop the negative opinionated feedback unless it is completely supported by facts. I don't feel it appropriate to smash on them especially when in FACT i know they are working hard to bring SWVI back from a almost vanished existence. And who knows, maybe the SEC does not care that SWVI's BOD has ran into an enormous wall, I'm just one to have faith that they will climb to the top of that wall and over it. I could be wrong. I was wrong once, that was the day I thought I was wrong. I'd Mr Wanner says they will get ontop of it agressively then I have no reason to disbelieve him until I'm proving otherwise. Yes sir I will be bringing all filings up to date. I do apologize for any disruptions this may have caused you. I do not have an exact date at this time but I promise you we will work promptly on this. I have been focused so much being out in the field collecting all my data, so that I have something for everyone to invest in, that our filings have been somewhat neglected. I do apologize and I assure you that we will be focusing on these filings starting within the next few days. Again I do apologize, however please be patient, we have a lot of work ahead on this matter but well worth the wait.

No. It will not go up. It's suspended. After the suspension expires, it will go DOWN, rather dramatically.

A few months after that, or perhaps sooner, its registration will be revoked and its ticker will disappear.

On August 22nd I wrote the SEC Delinquent Filings department at [e-mail] with a list of 7 severely delinquent filers that were used for pump & dump schemes using fake filings, fake prs, fake websites, and fake twitter accounts.

So far they have suspended 2 of those 7 Issuers - PEII and SWVI. Maybe we’ll see more from my list get suspended in the coming days.

Well I can promise everyone after doing my own DD all I've found is that Donald Wanner Sr is still current CEO, I see no evidence of any reverse merger, this current hijacking attempt is being addressed, those responsible when located will be dealt with according to the law and Swing was not involved in any offshore scam rather a victim.
