Swingplane Ventures Inc CEO Donald Wanner Sr is aware of this attempted hijacking and is being addressed. The historical issues SWVI has encountered is historical and holds no interest in SWVI's current operations. SWVI is currently working with its team to bring all filings current while restructuring it's board and management team. The info released here has been very useful and appreciated according to my source. I have much faith in this corporation and will be buying SWVI.
