If this cracks .11 were in big trouble
The difference is that the catalyst in the spring of 2022 was external with the invasion of Ukraine and resultant speculation on rising fertilizer prices that caused all stocks in the sector to pop.
This time the catalyst will likely need to be internal with a successful raise to kickstart the execution of the long-term plan.
IMO chart looking a lot like March ‘22.
Real company who is suffering from dilutive financing. Someone is clearly still dumping. It's been non stop for years. Unfortunately no end in sight with all the notes. Freaking sucks. Marc talks a good game but results are lacking. Construction still paused even though marc said numerous times it woukd be completed by now.
Real company that is in production not some pipe dream. Their environmental licenses and Realestate alone is worth way more than the company on paper, if you watched the recent shareholder zoom meeting you would realize that this is significantly undervalued! Do some homework, don't just stop in to Troll...
IS THIS STOCK A SCAM OR WHAT??? I WANT THE TRUTH!!!
Many blessings to 2024 and a very Merry Christmas to ALL of the $SNRG Shareholders!
From yours truly,
StockSumo
Yep, not a lot in it for Oak Hill unless they are successful.
It's up to Oak Hill to raise the money needed. They've got a couple of months and a strong financial incentive to make it happen so we shall see.
Yea. I just meant not to over think it with end of year. Early 24 should be solid
I've gotta think that tax loss selling is winding down. With only 7 calendar trading days left in the year most people who would of taken the write off for 2023 would probably be out by now. I have to think the stock should start moving back up soon as a result! Looking forward to 2024 for $SNRG it should be a strong year...
Probably through the new year. 2024 is the year fir susglobal
Here is the link to last weeks shareholder meeting on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X5i1cN9ZS58
Large offer at .184 getting chipped away at, once we break that and .19 should be smooth sailing back over .20's
I'm pretty sure thats CAD since its a Canadian firm doing the raise!
We saw a nice close on Friday with lots of offers being smacked into the bell. I think if we have another similar volume day today 300-500k of buying at the ask we should see the stock back over .22-.23. I don't have a crystal ball but I do have a good read on how $SNRG behaves considering I've been following it for years and understand how it trades having watched it for so long!
Do you know if the $35 million is USD or CAD?
Marc talked about the financing being completed in tranches, and the slide showed potentially a $5 million first tranche, but there are $6.3 million USD in mortgages seemingly due by 3/1 (unless one or more has been extended) and $6.9 million USD in notes that need to be retired to clean up the balance sheet.
Also, do you happen to know how binding the $6.8 million commitment to the architectural firm is? Would be nice if Marc could find a cheaper option if he decides that's the more prudent path.
Something I didn't hear discussed, but I could have missed, was green bonds, loans or grants, although I don't know how applicable they would be to Susglobal's situation. I know in the US both federal and state governments offer access to grants and loans to companies in the sustainable economy.
He mentioned bonds and debentures possibly
Kevin's presentation confused me.
In the discussion yesterday it seemed to me from Kevin's comments that it would be an equity financing, and the slide shows it as an equity financing, but he said that it would be non-dilutive and would not require an increase in the authorized share cap (there are only around $4 million worth of authorized shares left at the current share price). Debt financing is the goal for the $232 million RNG capex needs but it's unclear to me the exact plan for the $35 million. The press release yesterday did mention both investors and lenders.
They can issue preferred shares outside of the authorized amount but I thought they said no preferreds yesterday. The problem with borrowing against real estate is that mortgages on Hamilton and possibly Belleville (principal was due 12/1) are now past due. I guess is comes down to how skilled Oak Hill is in raising money by 2/15.
I recorded the first 43 minutes of the call yesterday, which includes Kevin's discussion of financing, but it unfortunately cuts off right when Marc starts talking about where the $35 million will come from so hopefully Susglobal will post a recording of the entire call.
Did they give any hints as to how they plan on getting the $35m? I had to duck out after Wright did Andrea’s presentation.
A ton of capital is needed.
Sounds like the agreement with Oak Hill is to raise $35 million, $15 million to retire debt and $20 million to finish Hamilton and for opex. Then RNG facilities at Hamilton and Belleville will need $232 million in capex to build. Sounds to me like the plan is to raise the $35 million and then uplist to Nasdaq, where it should be easier to raise the capex. The plan is to do all this without dilution and without increasing the authorized share amount. We'll see.
Good news, still need money but at least this is a step. My question is how likely is this partnership to lead to financing
No I wish I could ask them in person about my investment being down 80% from highs and zero construction. This sucks. I doubt we get anything of substance tonight, just more fluff and bs. It's always next month with this company.
So someone dumping or short. Sounds about right. Ugh
Negative... Double prints usually means that there is a non retail seller... Lets see if it persists! I wasn't watching the level 2 all day yesterday so I don't know what the activity looked like...
Double orders usually mean shorts
Can you explain what you mean?
L2 is super sketchy. Mostly double orders
Maybe...just Maybe the financing came thru and he can announce it tomorrow
Or maybe this is wishful thinking.
Ok, I was just curious as to why they would do it like that.
Does it concern anyone that it wasn’t announced until the day before?
I hope I’m right as well. Been here for a while and I too have had moments of frustration. However, I believe I have a pretty good read on Marc and tomorrow feels like his and SNRG’s coming out party.
Thanks for being a voice of reason. I'm just incredibly frustrated with this investment and you all are who I vent to. Hopefully you're right and tomorrow is the start.
Marc has never done a meeting like this. I give him a lot of credit for doing it. There’s no way he opens himself or his team like this without a real positive message imo. Tomorrow should be a good day and turning point for the company imo.
They know exactly who is dumping. You're kidding yourself if you think otherwise. It's been going on for over a year. Clear as day when looking at L2.
I hope to attend via zoom so I can ask but I doubt they answer my question. I'm extremely frustrated with my investment over the past year. Construction is still paused which in itself is a disaster and terrible management.
I hope we get positive updates and not just more excuses, fluff, and bs.
I also don’t think they’d be having this meeting if they did not have positive developments to discuss. Should be interesting.
Really a dumb question because the management of $SNRG doesnt control the shares trading in the public float. Its not them selling! If you have seen all of the form 4's over the last year management has done nothing but add shares to their positions... They don't have control over the existing shareholders who have been selling their stock driving the price down! Its a FREE market people are going to do as they please. This upcoming shareholder meeting should provide clarity on how the business is evolving and could potentially convince the shareholders who have been selling that its worth holding on to!
Why not join the Zoom meeting and ask yourself?
Someone ask them when they plan on stopping dumping on shareholders. Almost 90% drop in share price is pathetic.

What do Flash and Neo think of things
I know flash and neo both have had good input in the past
It all depends on the financing they are supposed to be getting, obviously.
