$SBOX Might get a ruling on motion to terminate from the judge today, or a continuance to a later date. Lazar is clearly fighting the old officer's motion to vacate. Chasey filed a brief on the 19th in support of Lazar's motion and opposing the vacate motion.

The motion to terminate is 11/25, 2 weeks ahead of the other motion. So I don't know what will happen. Depends what the judge wants to do. Lazar has reached the final stage of the custodianship process, so I don't know why he would abandon it now. Just because the pathetic former CEO who hasn't bothered to run a business or submit a filing in 20 years decides to contest it at the last minute? I don't think so.
