-COURT FINDS after review that Defendant filed a Request for Order of 14-Day Continuance of Hearing for Petitioner s Motion to Terminate Custodianships ( The Request ) on November 5, 2020. COURT FURTHER FINDS after review that on November 5, 2020, Defendant filed a Declaration in Support of the Request. COURT FURTHER FINDS after review that a Status Check: Status Report was set on November 10, 2020 on Chambers calendar. COURT FURTHER FINDS after review that a Status Report was filed on November 11, 2020. The Status Report indicated that Custodian has completed its duties and that it has filed its Motion to Terminate Custodianship and requests that this Court consider all properly filed pleadings in making its ruling. COURT FURTHER FINDS after review that the Status Report filed on November 11, 2020, states that Mr. Stuart and Mr. Myrdal filed an Opposition to the Custodian s Motion to Terminate and a Motion to Vacate the Order of Custodianship. Neither the Opposition nor the Motion to Vacate has been served as required by the NRCP or EDCR. Therefore, Custodian will oppose the Motion to Vacate within 14 days of service, and if served with the Opposition, may submit a Reply Brief as necessary. THEREFORE COURT ORDERS for good cause appearing and after review that the Status Check set on November 10, 2020 on Chambers calendar is hereby VACATED.
