Campanella was never at the two locations that SNPW posted pictures from, this is a fact confirmed by the Listing Agents.
One set of pictures shows the Wix Factory in Dillon SC, another set of pictures shows the Elba AL site. BOTH sites have been listed as available.
BOTH agents confirmed Campanella and SNPW were NOT there in January. Contrary to Drugman's misguided claims, if a publicly traded company is posting public information, there is nothing wrong with the agents confirming public info put out by the company. Drugman is just mad his lies are exposed.
In this case, the agents confirmed SNPW and Campanella were NEVER there in January, so unless SNPW came up with ANOTHER site, not the ones pictured, then entire visit promo was fraudulent. This is something Campanella has done frequently in the past 7 years.
Everyone fired up for 10-K by end of Tuesday (16th)?
These snpw quarterly and annual filings are always exciting times. Kazi loves to see the sales personnel and revenue growth on a quarterly basis. Hopefully, Q4 revenue and profit numbers inside the 10-K, will be another barn burner like Q3 2023. 2023 should look strong at 45K in total revenue for last year and no sales/revenue for the last 6 months of 2023.
Maybe the annual net loss will be less than 10X 2022 net loss? 109K loss for 2022 and was sitting on 643K loss as September 30, 2023.
Probably won't find out who owns Sun Pacific Power until this year's Q1 comes out in mid May. SPP 12 month promissory note was due to CaC Realty (ceo's side company) this month. Looks like ZERO SPP sales and would be unable to pay back the CaC realty promissory note. Recall what happened when Medrecycler was buried after Medi-ri denial. Ceo never tried to give SPP a chance to pay the ceo back that 2018 loan by never pursuing any of those 19 states advanced recycling technology (see tweets) that supposedly were under review (see tweet)? Check the Ri secretary of state online records to see who owns 100% of Medi-Ri and Medrecyler, LLC now. Don't worry, it won't show snpw shareholders owning any % of those two entities. LOL
Maybe this 10-K will include more fun language like "in discussions with some mystery property manager" (see 2023 Q2 filing) to purchase property for some planned fantasy mega solar-plex facility to build batteries, inverters and solar panels.
Hopefully, the 10-K reveals how much money the company has spent ordering those foxess batteries being shipped to themselves at foxess USA. LOL
10-K should show a significant cost of goods expense for those GEP Vietnam solar panels (especially being a exclusive reseller) on pallets in that mystery warehouse (see tweet) in Ca or Nj.
This coming Tuesday (company's best day for news) 10-K, in writing, should prove a couple of the company's mottos such as "timing is everything" (Tuesday) and "so it is written" (10-K) to be very true.

Before this FRAUD Was exposed, YOU yourself were showing flights and airlines that served Elba Alabama to promote the visit, now that it's been proven Campanella was NEVER there, you switch your arguments to attacking the realtors, a true scumbag move.

There you go promoting the FAKE SITE VISIT again. The first pictures are of a site in Dillon, SC that Nick Campanella stole off the internet. Don Moss, the listing agent, confirmed he's never talked to Campanella nor was anyone there for a site visit, that property is currently listed for Lease.
The other pics are from a old trip, that Campanella used to promote. The Elba site is now listed for lease, and the listing agent Whatley confirmed Campanella hasn't been there since last year.

Did I try to justify it? I don't recall trying to justify it. I was just pointing out that Form 10-K is due 15 days after the the first solar eclipse of spring in states in the path of totality, unless it was cloudy.
So what was the purpose of the RS? If everything is for shit, then why even bother. Is there a possible good reason this was RS ed? Then again, a 4000 to 1 is fatal no matter how you try to justify it.
Our 10-K annual report is due 90 days after our fiscal year ends on December 31st. In a leap year that would be March 30th. But because March 30th this year was a Saturday, the due date became Monday, April 1st. With the fifteen-day extension, the due date is now Tuesday, April 16th.

Yes I did. (I'm the one who put the due date rule information in the board IBox info page because we used to have lengthy due-date debates every time a report was due.) The extension always begins one calendar day after the due date. The due date itself is never considered the first day of the extension. So the fifteen-day extension started on April 2nd.
Look at it this way. If something is due on a Monday, and you are given a one-day extension, then it is due on Tuesday. You don't count the Monday as the first day of the extension, because then it would still be due on Monday. ;0) Similarly if something is due on a Monday and you are given a two-day extension, it is then due on Wednesday. If you counted the Monday as the first day of the extension, it would be due on Tuesday, and your two-day extension would only have given you one extra day.
So to recap, this year being a leap year the annual report due date would have been March 30th. But since that was a Saturday and due dates that fall on non-market days are always adjusted to the next market day, the due date became Monday, April 1st. The extension gave an additional fifteen calendar days beginning on April 2nd, making the due date April 16th.

Did you include Feb. 29th in your calculations? SEC requires 10-K filings 90 days after the end of Fiscal Year. That means the 10-K was due on March 30, 2024. But since March 30 was a Saturday, SEC extends the due date until Monday, April 1.

I was merely speculating that if Nick was wise, he would have already known the images from that day would be searched and the location from said photos would identify a location. Knowing this, as I suggested, all he would have to do is purposely visit more than one location on the day of the “site visit”. Obviously conjecture but this seems like a pretty damn good idea. That being said, an don’t laugh haha, but there runs a possibility that neither Elba nor Dillon were the location of the true site visit. I’d imagine there are very few holders here left comparatively. Most have already run for the hills so I truly don’t get the point of beating a dead horse. Instead of us all arguing we should speculate and debate.

Assuming the Elba building is a no-go and the photos from the site visit were in fact of the building in Dillon… If I were Nick and knowing the images were going to be searched after posting, this is what I would have done. On the day of the site visit I would have purposely visited multiple properties. Drugman, you claim you knew where the site visit took place, yet the listing agent of Dillon Mr Moss told me he's never dealt with Nick Campanella, and no one conducted any site visits in January. The site is still on the market for lease.
Elba has been relisted, and the listing agent there said contrary to your claims the sale was delayed by issues with the site it was in fact SNPW that couldn't close, and there's nothing wrong with the site. In addition, SNPW has not been to the site since last year before the contract expired.
This proves you are LYING as usual, no company is sending people or wasting resources on a property that FOR LEASE.
The conclusion is the site visit NEVER happened, and it was a fake promo just like everything else this company has done for 7 years.

Opening a solar panel manufacturing facility in the US seems like a really bad idea. China is investing in Mexico to produce panels, EV cars etc to take advantage of NA free trade. Don’t see how a US facility could be competitive.
This might have something to do with the demise of this pos company, and mind you, I had 5 mil shares pre rs, too sad that I never dumped a single share above .20 ...
