.....since last April 2023.....when the 10-K comes out on April 16th.

The same sales team the ceo's side company CaC realty signed a 12 month promissory note with Sun Pacific Power for sales training and receive 30% of SPP's sales profits.

Maybe hope SPP subsidiary is still owned by Snpw shareholders?
