Then why is the PPS tanking?
Ignoring the bashing. Still here full size. Adults can make up their own minds. Some have left and no problem all good. But for the few with agendas bashing over and over here not cool. Let me know your stocks so we can publically bash em as well. Oh wait , you don’t have any. Yeah thought as much.
Little pussy now blocking on his racing page. I caught him lying by posting photos of him in the winners circle hen he claimed to be vetting candidates.
George is out for George. He knows the minions will kiss his ass no matter what.
He will retire with millions owed him and 100's of millions in shares from his scams. He is a smart Changed his name, who knows how to screw investors.
Still the best and cleanest shell.
$SRNW. Exactly. https://t.co/lUloOV5SjU

Sharp's speciality is the NON-BINDING LOI. And provides no details - then posts about his fake deal falling through.
That is exactly what conmen do - keep their victims thoughts of generational wealth that never happens.
IG
Sharp has so much disdain for his shareholders - he seems to hate them.
You can disregard all information that starts with - George tweeted...
Sharp has posted so much false and misleading information on X - smart investors don't trust anything that Sharp tweets.
"George tweeted " I am seeking REAL DEALS for these tickers, not con jobs like The Hackspacher always seems to be involved in."
Are the REAL DEALS like (Ligand and Maverick) for FORW - how did those deals work out? LMAO!
In 3 years Sharp hasn't accomplished anything of value on GOFF/WNFT, SRNW and GVSI. We know that Sharp can't vet OTC companies - he has proven that with the 3 hijacked shells - all have problems and in those 3 years Sharp hasn't brought a single deal to the table.
IG
Yepper. Saw that. Which means none of Sharp tickers are abandoned, a very good future is coming.

Ha! Brett gets a taste of what I've been going through with bonehead shareholders.
I think this is a message from George
He's probably getting a lot of trash inquiries right now. Gotta sort through it like a recycling belt.
I'm hoping he has learned from his latest fiasco and that he just drops a banger signed LOI PR out of nowhere like an Orton RKO.
$SRNW
How can nobody want to use this shell for a merger? share structure is perfect imo..not bloated with billions of OS like so many others.
George has gotten shares.
Also look at the expenses from the last K's.
Also look at the accrued related party expenses. George is "owed" millions from his shells.
FORW -Total operating expenses 619,384
GVSI - Total operating expenses 53,546
SRSR - Total operating expenses 590,219
WNFT - Total operating expenses 97,605
Gotta ask.
Let's ASSUME that GS might have been using $FORW mainly as a tax shelter. Wouldn't that mean that the additional "Trifecta" ("REDfecta" to some) tickers would offer additional benefits? If so, then might that not explain the no hurry ("It takes as long as it takes") approach?
You were on top of exposing the Sharp scams.
George is an insecure little man. Now he is hiding his racing page unless he approves. What a clown. He got caught lying about vetting companies when I posted pictures of him at the track!
Sharp is only concerned about himself - he doesn't have an international deal lined up.
"Because Sharp is strategic and it would be dumb to launch a merger or large scale, international deal in a crappy IPO market."
Sharp has been the CEO of FORW for over 5 years and he hasn't generated any revenue. Let me guess he is waiting for a big international deal.
Plus, there still isn't any SEC comments on the FORW S-1.
"My excuse is that Sharp is picky, but also patient, and is seeking the proper deal so that all parties can benefit. This includes shareholders and all corporate directors and insiders associated with the deal."
I can prove you are wrong about Sharp being picky.
If he is so picky - why did he bring in two scam companies as Assets to FORW - it is obvious Sharp can't vet OTC companies but he also pumped the two scams (Ligand and Maverick) - I immediately posted that Maverick was a scam because I am very familiar with the energy sector and as soon as I looked at the financials it was an obvious scam.
There goes your excuse.
Just keep believing in the trifecta as Sharp accepts your donations.

Good morning $SRNW hoping to see some action soon .
$SRNW
Why has it taken Sharp 3 years to find a company for a reverse merger - and Sharp still hasn't found a company.
Because Sharp is strategic and it would be dumb to launch a merger or large scale, international deal in a crappy IPO market.
In over 5 years as the CEO of FORW Sharp still hasn't generated any revenue. Let me guess you have an excuse for Sharp.
My excuse is that Sharp is picky, but also patient, and is seeking the proper deal so that all parties can benefit. This includes shareholders and all corporate directors and insiders associated with the deal.
You are ignoring the facts and putting blinders on.
I can't wait to put my blinders on and stare straight at the sun tomorrow, burning out my corneas (and my wallet) in the process on trifecta shares.

Big deal - so FORW is a major shareholder in an empty shell SRNW.
"here maybe reading
a nice post (especially in the middle) and does anyone believe that FORW and SRNW will take off in 2024 or at least be better until MID-2025"
Sharp is a disaster as a CEO.
You are ignoring the facts and putting blinders on.

$FORW is a major shareholder in srnw, https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/FORW?.tsrc=fin-srch
Have you noticed that the major shareholder in srnw has been rising for three weeks? $FORW is rising higher and higher without stopping, without taking a deep breath and wants to go to heaven....... and does anyone have a guess as to why?

all only imho
Can someone do a search for 15c on SRNW
The warning gets removed when he switches from OTCLink to another MM. ATVK and EEGI have both done it in the past. You are a dumbass for not knowing this. Stop spreading Sharp Hate information. This stock will trade the same whether he keeps it on OTC Link or uses a different MM. There is no advantage either way, dipshit. They all piggyback. It's instant via electronic piggybacking.
Stfu! You ass clown dumbass
lol That's a great post. The thing with GS tickers is that he can keep them current as long as he wants. Eventually a deal will come through and in a better OTC Market
Give I-Glow a break. He lost a ton of money on TSNP. Hates himself 24/7 for this life-changing mistake. Soon after, he moved to Mexico, ...probably to avoid seeing his wealthy friends who stuck it out. ..and now spends his days and nights posting on GS's tickers, ...non stop bashing. He lives in a one room basement apartment with no windows. Eats Mexican frejoles for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. His place smells so bad that he can't have any visitors, and the last time he cleaned his sheets was during Covid. So, you can just imagine the stench. Yea, it must be pretty bad! The constant bad odors seem to have 'clouded' his vision and understanding of OTC trading, ...as we have all read from his posts.
LMAO!!!
Let’s see when he brings in something to an asset to the shell. See if the paperwork is in filed then we’ll talk. Till then stick it lol
I'm not sure why you are the only one having trouble with the quotes here. Everyone else is able to see this being quoted. OTCM sponsor the 211 to FINRA and its quoted on OTCLink. All MMs are piggybacking it. That's why we see many on L2. You are the only one not seeing it because you are lying.
Stop spreading your GS hate bullshit. Nobody's buying your lies
Why don't you ever post real DD. You should trying researching before posting.
Here is a small primer on how Lime was wrong about SRNW being piggyback exempt.
"Unsolicited quotes are quotes that represent orders that have not been solicited by the customer's broker. These quotes can be part of a fraudulent investment scheme, where spammers and fraudsters encourage investors to call their broker or place an online order for a hyped stock. Such an order may be reflected as an “unsolicited” quotation in the quotation service. To avoid being fooled, you should be cautious when you see quotes that are marked as “unsolicited” quotations, and make sure that you obtain current and accurate information about the company before making an investment decision"
IG
It is obvious you are clueless about being piggyback exempt.
"Like current Rule 15c2-11, the amended Rule contains several exceptions, including an exception for exchange-listed securities and a “piggyback” exception, which permits a broker-dealer to quote securities that are already quoted by another dealer."
"They are piggybacking off of OTCLink. Look at how many MMs quote it."
Why don't you read the OTCM warning for SRNW.
"Warning! This security is eligible for Unsolicited Quotes Only
This stock is not eligible for proprietary broker-dealer quotations. All quotes in this stock reflect unsolicited customer orders. Unsolicited-Only stocks have a higher risk of wider spreads, increased volatility, and price dislocations. Investors may have difficulty selling this stock. An initial review by a broker-dealer under SEC Rule15c2-11 is required for brokers to publish competing quotes and provide continuous market making."
If they were piggyback exempt - this Warning wouldn't be included.
Most MMs won't file a 15c2-11 for hijacked shells - and FINRA won't process the 15c if the shell was controlled via custodianships.
IG
IGLOW. You made your point for 2 years. We hear ya. Collect your pay check and move along. All good. Regardless bout what YOU say or anyone else I will make my own mind up and I am still here with full shares. Not pumping not spreading anything waiting for Sharp to get a merger for the cleanest shell he owns. Don’t think he will do it no problem move along.
You're a dull screw. They are piggybacking off of OTCLink. Look at how many MMs quote it.
You don't trade so you wouldn't even know what to look for. Try doing some thorough research before posting false negative information to the board.
LMAO! SRNW isn't piggyback exempt as you stated.
"It wouldn't trade any different whether it is quoted on OTC Link or with a different MM. They all electronically piggyback. iGlow just has a SDS and will find something, anything to trash Sharp with. Yes, they lose the 211 status when moved to EM. OTC sponsors it if OTCM filing standards are met, whether that be through EDGAR or OTCIQ."
This is absolutely not true - "They all electronically piggyback." - you should at least do a modicum of research before posting.
IG
Lime posted false and misleading information about SRNW - it isn't piggyback Exempt and it is unsolicited quotes only.
If everything is great why would the OTC put up a warning?
"So a 15C is not needed for this reason on all of the stocks that one can see the bid and ask? That would cover everything except Expert Market. Is that correct?"
Read the warning I posted - one problem is that the company can't do New Issuances of stocks - and any merger wouldn't happen because only the existing tradeable stock is available.
I doubt most of those that invested in the Sharp scams understand the significance of not having a 15c filed.
IG
It is unsolicited quotes only. And SRNW isn't piggyback exempt as you stated.
"it's quoted on OTC Link and all other MMs piggyback." - Which isn't accurate as Surf so eloquently stated.
After changes to Rule 15c2-11 a couple of years ago - the SEC has pretty much stopped all Custodianships because FINRA won't process a 15c and it makes those shells worthless.

Unsolicited Quotation Exception
Although the piggyback exception is the most widely used exception for broker-dealers to quote a security, and the only exception to allow them to make markets (i.e., proprietary quotations) in a security, it is not the only exception that allows a quotation. Another exception is the unsolicited quotation exception. A shell company will not lose the ability to be quoted in reliance on the unsolicited quote exception.
Unlike the Expert Market, the public will still be able to view the company’s quotation on its OTC Markets quotation page after losing piggyback eligibility. On that company’s page, the following message will appear:
Warning!
An initial review by a broker-dealer under SEC Rule 15c2-11 is required for brokers to publish competing quotes and provide continuous market making.
Under the rules, a broker-dealer may publish a quotation of a security, without conducting a current public information review and submitting a Form 211 to FINRA, where the quotations represent unsolicited customer orders. When presented with a request to publish an unsolicited quote, a broker-dealer would need to determine whether there is current publicly available information. If no current available information exists, the unsolicited quotation exception is not available for company insiders or affiliates including officers, directors and 10%-or-greater shareholders. Also, in practice, that company would likely only be quoted on the Expert Market.
Where there is current information, that broker-dealer will be able to quote the security when it is presented with an unsolicited customer order.

This always seemed to me a small issue that can be resolved after a merger. I'm not sure, but I believe the 15c form can be filed concurrently with a reverse merger.
The much bigger issue is, where is the merger? I don't think the 15c is holding it up. It could be a different problem altogether.
It wouldn't trade any different whether it is quoted on OTC Link or with a different MM. They all electronically piggyback. iGlow just has a SDS and will find something, anything to trash Sharp with. Yes, they lose the 211 status when moved to EM. OTC sponsors it if OTCM filing standards are met, whether that be through EDGAR or OTCIQ.

Too many Mexican frejoles for dinner this evening? I thought so. Don't worry, you'll be smelling your own stupidity soon.
It don't need a 15c, it's quoted on OTC Link and all other MMs piggyback. I don't know why you are the only one having a hard time seeing it quoted. Nobody else here is having any issue trading it. It may be with the way your tiny noggin comprehends info.
You aren't very bright - but I am here to help the feeble minded. How's the big reveal going? LMAO.

I hope that helps you understand that Sharp hasn't filed a 15c for GVSI, SRNW and WNFT - but you little pumper boys are too scared to ask Sharp - how pathetic.

You said the same thing about TSNP/HMBL and that turned out to be a disaster.
This will be the same.
You post on every Sharp board about accumulation - and it isn't true - just more of your pathetic attempt to pump.
