Yeah with the float being 246k and Mr. O'Shea still owning 25% 629,800 shares per 8k on 10-19.

Not to mention the company's address moved to Wall St. This is where John P. O'Shea's office is. He stayed on to help things run smoothly. He has big connections in the Clean Energy Field.

Nice anytime I see bmic jumping the bid. I would bid on that alone. I added some more today. Maybe they do a forward split here you never know.

From what I read they have Japanese Investors that will be funding part of it. Very good sign. Shares could be hard to come by in the near future.

The company could qualify for Grant money from the government for clean energy. That could help fund the project . With any big volume this could move quick imo.

I have held this stock for many years and it is really nice to see some things happening! This has been a VERY CLEAN shell and if you look at previous filings you will see that John P. O'Shea would fund the company himself as needed for operating expenses. Never issued convertible debt in all these years. The share structure has always remained really small. I have held always thinking the RM here could be huge. Good luck to all investors here!

I'm finding some interesting info about NextCoal International, Inc and Jonathan Braun. & John P. O'Shea is also impressive. This guy is connected..

So far I found that John P. O'Shea CEO of "Westminister Securities Corp" and Jonathan Braun have done deals together in the past. They took one company public back in 1999.

They have taken numerous companies public together..
So imo they are using STQN to take NextCoal International public.

With the float being about 246,000 shares and the Market Cap about $3,018,000 this stock looks like a good buy.
He has been buying shares at .40 so I'm sure he will want to get his money back and awhole lot more..

Jonathan Braun does have connections to Japan.
I will try and paste the info that i found on here later..

Junich Watanabe is the Executive Director. From Japan. he also was with him on other stocks he took public. This guy is very smart..

Aiki Kobayashi is the advisor for the company.. also from Japan.
He is also the CEO of Million Win Investments HK Ltd.

I found alot from Nov 2016. This merger has been in the works for awhile now. I also believe he has been a independent senior consultant/advisor to Heyl & Patterson Inc.

John P. O'Shea is in the Energy Field so it makes sense they are working together on this one. Not to mention he is a Merger Specialist. He actually paid quite abit for all of his shares that he bought originally as well. He has over 30 yrs as a Securities Broker.

Talk about a sleeper. Authorized is 50,000,000, the Outstanding is 1,610,000, and this NEVER trades. The company has some cash on hand and is current with filings. Interesting.
