I'm finding some interesting info about NextCoal International, Inc and Jonathan Braun. & John P. O'Shea is also impressive. This guy is connected..

So far I found that John P. O'Shea CEO of "Westminister Securities Corp" and Jonathan Braun have done deals together in the past. They took one company public back in 1999.

They have taken numerous companies public together..
So imo they are using STQN to take NextCoal International public.

With the float being about 246,000 shares and the Market Cap about $3,018,000 this stock looks like a good buy.
He has been buying shares at .40 so I'm sure he will want to get his money back and awhole lot more..

Jonathan Braun does have connections to Japan.

Junich Watanabe is the Executive Director. From Japan. he also was with him on other stocks he took public. This guy is very smart..

Aiki Kobayashi is the advisor for the company.. also from Japan.
He is also the CEO of Million Win Investments HK Ltd.

I found alot from Nov 2016. This merger has been in the works for awhile now. I also believe he has been a independent senior consultant/advisor to Heyl & Patterson Inc.

John P. O'Shea is in the Energy Field so it makes sense they are working together on this one. Not to mention he is a Merger Specialist. He actually paid quite abit for all of his shares that he bought originally as well. He has over 30 yrs as a Securities Broker.
