Saw a new board for crappy/diluting companies start up and went to it and low and behold SWVC or whatever the ticker symbol is now EVEN AFTER AN R/S went to no bid OMG!!! Some people/companies just have no shame. 10 billion A/S...I do not miss playing the OTC's

Well gang as much as I liked it flippin it twice for profit third time got burned...I have to say I cannot see this one noseup trading at .0004 x .0005 with a dilution history I don't even think I have to post as most familiar with this one, due to toxic financing diluting of shares. I hope for some of the nice folks still holding shares there as with ASII I hope they get their money back but it is not looking good so far. Dave

ASII had the balls to PR again last week and try to swindle in new investors saying they were buying another company or something. I cannot understand how anyone would buy shares even at .0001 with the bid being 0000. Hopefully this guy will get his orange jumpsuit and shiny bracelets soon.

I know the history of SMAS better than most. I know about the increase of shares. It has been explained.

Have you spoken with Steve Arostein, the CEO? Did you know that the 300 million share increase was ONE ORDER?

If you would even do a cursory DD, you will find the current float to be stable for the next several months (until mid 2008). All other shares are restricted.

Point being: HE CANNOT DILUTE MORE RIGHT NOW.

read back on the board for about 1 month and you'll see what I mean. In about 2 weeks time he diluted from 221 mil. to 371 mil. to 521 mil. And now you say it's 571 mil.? Oh, he's still diluting alright! He has something like 5 billion for the A/S! He can dilute a lot more and probably will. By his pattern I predict your next float amount to be 721 million.

Ummmmmmmm... They have a 571 million float. Do some DD and you'll find that it is stable until mid 2008. All other shares are RESTRICTED until then.

The 571 million float is STABLE.

Call the CEO. PM the moderator at the SMAS board.

NOTE: 571 million float for a .000X stock is relatively LOW.
