Stock price up 161% in one day. The largest restaurant they have, Casa Bonita in Denver Colorado, has filed for bankruptcy. Also in recent news Barnhills has closed and owes over $170,000 in unpaid back rent.

STRZ is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 8 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.

Since Jan 1st, 2010 the SEC has suspended over 1290 stocks for Financials delinquencies. All of those Suspended stocks had their stock registrations revoked.

Shareholders should contact the company and pressure the Mgmt to file their delinquent Financials because ALL shareholders would be wiped out IF the SEC suspends the stock.

Order Confirming Second Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization had been filed today. Star Buffet has exited chapter 11 bankruptcy, with all of the common stock in tact. No dilution occurred.

It's surprising that no one has posted on this board in two years. A lot of progress has been made on the case since then.

A plan of reorganization was filed back in July which leaves the equity unimpaired. The confirmation date was pushed back to December 3rd, with objections due on November 26th.

In the Castle Union letter to partners last quarter, they mentioned a bankruptcy investment that they wouldn't identify because they were still buying in the open market. Yet, they gave enough details to figure out it was STRZQ. Since that letter was made public, the shares have gone from .86 to 1.37 today. My speculation is that they'd still buy at this market value of 4.40m, since they calculated equity at 11m.

No kidding. I have been in this for almost a month and this thing moves like crazy. One minute I'm up hundreds and one minute Im down hundreds. It's wild, but fun. Good churning yesterday. I say we move into the 2's very soon for good.

8k dated June 23rd 2010 stated that the total votes for the new accounting firm were 3,011,922. The total shares issued for this company is 3,213,075(per 10Q October 15th). The float is next to nothing here. With 45% being owned by Robert E. Wheaton(highly qualified).
