8k dated June 23rd 2010 stated that the total votes for the new accounting firm were 3,011,922. The total shares issued for this company is 3,213,075(per 10Q October 15th). The float is next to nothing here. With 45% being owned by Robert E. Wheaton(highly qualified).

Something is going on here. Unusuall volume for the last few days.
