As a result of the reverse stock split, every seven shares of common stock issued and outstanding prior to the opening of trading on August 27, 2012 will be consolidated into one issued and outstanding share. The reverse stock split reduces the number of issued and outstanding shares of common stock from 59,009,553 shares to 8,429,936 shares. No fractional shares of common stock will be issued as a result of the reverse stock split, and any fractional shares will be paid in cash. Proportional adjustments will be made to Cyclacel's outstanding warrants and stock options. The Company's authorized shares will remain unchanged.

This will clear the riffraff and really piss a few people off! It'll drop like a rock and I'll set my entry for 40% down - just wait for reversal! Wish $CGFIA did this, but noooo, they just felt the urge to just round up - most of those investors are going to see a free partial share. Shoot, there might not even be a downswing on that one. Glad I have CYCC to play with!

The company has a pretty good plan, lots of potential, and a loyal investor base. Left alone it will probably see huge gains. That's not good enough! Dig dead enough I'm sure someone could find some dirt to dig up before the RS to let everyone know about to help make that post RS downturn a dive! That would be my normal play, but I'm not sure there will be a downturn, so I'm loading up now while it's cheap!

Nuts. One down and 2 to go. Cnes reversed me down to under 200 shares from almost a million. PPS was at .0001 forever then the new issue rose to .20 on 11-11-08. It already back down to .07 EOD. The last few years I've had trouble justifying throwing money back into a new r/s'd security, but that is a weak mental thing on my part because I know there's money to be made if you can catch the quick rise and fall of a shell penny stock. My real roadblock though is the broker account I have. Non managed, non margin - cash. Which means street shares mostly and having to wait a few days till the stock gets settled in my account so I can trade. This has almost always resulted in not having the chance to sell whats settled and only leaves me to use fresh cash If I want to buy back in. Sheesh
