YES NEED TO REINVENT
An obstacle would be FINRA's Caveat Emptor ruling.......
.....I've been studying this stuff for 13 years. IMHO, the greatest rewards are yielded by taking the greatest risk. The greatest risk in the OTC market were the Caveat Emptor (skull & crossbones) stocks. Well, FINRA evidently (and unless I'm mistaken?), has FORBIDDEN "normal" folks from buying Caveat Emptors. That's helping the poor to stay poor.
This FINRA ruling must be FOUGHT!!!
How can I raise an army to fight FINRA?
Thanks!!!
PS: I feel as if 13 years of research have been wasted.
THESE HAVE BEEN COMING BACK. $MEMI DID
Jeez, I need to pay better attention!!! Thanks!!!

Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. (SOUL) is a publisher of games and game-related content for consoles, mobile devices, and personal computers. The company specializes in creating original intellectual properties and has extensive experience licensing world-renowned brands from influential companies. Notably, Soul and Vibe is the only company with the right to license General Mills brands for video game applications.
Leveraging partnerships with software developers around the world, Soul and Vibe transforms unique concepts into engaging and affordable entertainment experiences. The game publisher has established game development and publishing agreements for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system, Windows 8, Windows Live, and Windows Phone from Microsoft, and the PlayStation® 3 computer entertainment system and PlayStation® Vita (PS Vita) from Sony.
Soul and Vibe stands out from the crowd by breaking through marketplace clutter and noise via direct-to-consumer tactics that reverberate from the core player to the mainstream gaming audience. Making games as fun to talk about as they are to play is a key focus of the company. The more personable and memorable the play experience, the more likely consumers and press will talk about the game and its publisher.
The burgeoning game industry spans across diverse demographics and offers wide-ranging opportunities for profit and growth. Consumer spending on console, mobile, and personal computer game software exceeded $56 billion in 2010 and is projected to reach $82 billion by 2015. This revenue represents more than 2x the size of the music industry and nearly 3/5th the size of the entire film industry.
Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc.
What's the meaning behind our name?
Soul. The gaming media states, "Games either do, or do not, have a soul." Soul is akin to personality. It is the thing that makes it stand out.
The perception of soul in a game is directly tied to the fun-factor of its core play mechanic (what you do as a user while playing).
Vibe. The ways in which players hear and talk about games has changed, significantly, in recent years. Consumers have an internal information filter that is becoming more refined by the day.
Soul and Vibe breaks through marketplace clutter and noise via direct-to-consumer tactics that reverberate from the core player to the mainstream gaming audience. Soul and Vibe makes games as fun to talk about, as they are to play.
Peter Anthony Chiodo ("Tony") is the CEO and President of Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. He has 22 years experience in the video and computer games industry as an award-winning Director of Product Development and Producer. Tony has launched 200+ video and computer games over the course of his career. He holds an MBA from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business (1998).
Tony has extensive experience leading software production teams, worldwide, in the development of engine technologies and games for consoles and personal computers. He created and implemented a development process that resulted in the release of 100+ frontline and "casual" games over 4 years. He has managed an internal development studio (35+ engineers, artists, and designers), has directed 30+ externally contracted development teams located all over the world, and oversaw a production management department (seven persons). Tony produced/co-designed the critically acclaimed Stoked: Big Air snowboarding series (Xbox 360) and the million-unit selling title, Summer Sports: Paradise Island (Wii).
Products developed by the internal studio Tony managed secured a capital raise of $12m+ (the second largest raise in the interactive industry for 2006). An investment-equity position was also struck with In-Q-Tel, a VC associated with the "lettered agencies" of the United States' Federal Government. Tony has produced "serious games" training tools for the United States Marine Corps ("USMC") and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency ("DARPA.") Tony has served as a consultant to SiMCare Health and Vital Sims, Minnesota-based software companies that develop "serious games" for health care providers. Specifically, these simulations help physicians and nurses provide care to patients who suffer from chronic disease.
Tony has built relationships and negotiated agreements with: Independent software developers, licensing agents, Olympic champions, professional athletes and sports leagues, localization partners, and toy companies. He has presented proposals to the likes of Steven Spielberg and Mark Hamill for potential interactive products based on their own intellectual properties.
"The stereotypical image of the gamer - teenaged, male and probably rather nerdy - is no longer accurate, if it ever was."
