You just made my day, monda!
Thanks!
SLGS Solargy Systems Inc Common Stock 6/29/2011 100 12(j) Registration Revoked by SEC**
Yeah, just changed it up a little.
I don't no much about the grays but it did trade on Friday.
Ive been in this dog for years and my sphincter hurts!
BTW Ive read your posts for a long time and appreciate it.
New? Or just made a few changes to the old one?
It's still a pos from what I see and filled with bad, outdated info.
Not that it matters, since it's on the greys and has been revoked.
SBD International, Inc. (n/k/a Solargy Systems, Inc.) (CIK No. 1106643) is a revoked Nevada corporation located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with a class of securities registered with the Commission pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12(g). SBD International is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having not filed any periodic reports that were compliant with requirements under the securities laws since it filed a Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2006, which reported a loss of over $1.4 million for the prior nine months. Since that filing, SBD International has filed four Forms 10-Q for the periods ended June 30, 2008, June 30, 2009, June 30, 2010, and September 30, 2010, none of which were reviewed by an independent public accountant as required by Rule 10-01 of Regulation S-X. SBD International also filed Forms 10-K for the periods ended December 31, 2006 and December 31, 2007, but neither filing included audited financials as required by Rule 3-01, et seq., of Regulation S-X. As of March 28, 2011, the company’s stock (symbol “SLGS”) was quoted on OTC Link and traded on the over-the-counter markets, had eleven market makers, and was eligible for the “piggyback” exception of Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11(f)(3).
Oh, phooey! ) : lol

It's now official.
SLGS is CE at OTCMarkets and on the greys.

There's nothing more I'd like to see than what you're proposing Reality.
But I've been through this same sceanio dozens of times in my years with the pinks. They go to the greys until they file a 15c211.
What makes this time with SLGS different?
Not in this type of situation, you'll see. Possibly as soon as this week. Could be two or three yet unless the SEC has dramatically altered the timeframe for proceedings.
In an SEC temporary suspension, the stock goes to the greys and just stays there until they file a 15c211. They're on the greys now, of course. Could be there forever.
I'm not sure anyone posting to this board owns any SLGS, though. ( :
The registration on the stock will likely be revoked within the next two weeks if no satisfactory action is taken by the company to become fully current. I don't tell people whether to buy or sell but, if I were in here, I'd be getting out at whatever pps I could. Because, a registration revocation makes the stock completely worthless and nontradable. I'm sure you realize all this, just wanted to tell any shareholder that may read the board from time to time who, may not realize what's going to happen.
Another sad ending for shareholders.
thanks buddy
Nope. It's dead.
See the sticky.

Yes slojab you have with this POS - many times over a long period of time.
Thunderbolt
And, fundamentals are usually terrible, otherwise, the company wouldn't be trading OTC.
Yes, when a company is purposely disingenuously portrayed, pisses me off too. Sometimes it's not purposely done but, too often it is by some of the 'huge DD' posters that flit from stock to stock.
Fwiw, we may have similar stocks on our suspension wishlists lol. Although, I may be in a couple that you would like to see suspended lol.
Everyone who starts out with pinks, it seems, think they'll make tons of money when they run. Not "if" they run.
I've never addressed traders or the stock.
I've only ever addressed the company and it's fundamentals, for those who think there's an actual viable business plan worth "investing" in, or at least worth creating a run.
There are always people who promote that "misconception".
That's the only reason I followed SLGS. To warn people of exactly what I knew was inevitable. It's demise.
If people made money trading it in the meantime, I couldn't care less. Unless they did it by being disingenuous about the company.
I didn't flip it, I bought it as a bottom play with upside potential. Held it for a while and, when it reached the area I was interested in selling at, it left. Did I know if it would ever get there? No. But, the risk/reward was good so, I bought it. When I sold, it seemed like it was going to blow up big. I always hope that whoever buys my shares always makes money, I truly do. That's why I never shoot for the top, ever.
I honestly don't get why anyone does DD on pinks, most are going to be the same end result.
Ah, you're confusing trading a pos stock for profit with recognizing a pos company for what it is. I gotcha.
The fact that I was right about SLGS being a pos comes from the dd I've done on it. Hopefully, my making people aware of it being a pos saved them from losing money on it. If they were trading it, my postings were of no consequence.
Glta all shareholders, not a happy time at all. I'm not in it currently but, do wholeheartedly feel for those facing probable total losses.
Does that include the person who bought the shares you flipped?
The SEC is cleaning up delinquent Issuers, since you have a wide negative presence, I'm sure that you'll have more I told you so's down the road
Damn right! lol I've got over a dozen pos companies on my SEC Suspension Wish List. I wouldn't recommend you try flipping them, either.
That feeling smug or good about it is a false sense of good feeling.
Btw, the stock did run from .0012 to .0049 or .005 a little while after my first post here. Great profit potential during that timeframe even though, the end result has been much sadder than I would have hoped for. Glta all shareholders, not a happy time at all. I'm not in it currently but, do wholeheartedly feel for those facing probable total losses.
I never pumped this btw, only saw it as a potential bottom runner which, it turned out to be. Am rather surprised by the suspension though, was a tad strange when there are many in much more negligible shape. The SEC is cleaning up delinquent Issuers, since you have a wide negative presence, I'm sure that you'll have more I told you so's down the road.
And your point is.......?
What a joke, you don't even know why it was suspended, nor, did you predict it for the reason it was.
What a surprise! LOL
Triple 0 coming
Another one bites the dust.

You have to wonder after all this time why Nurse would have a need to raise the number of available shares to sell through a R/S, when there's still a spread between the A/S and O/S. And the sp isn't at .000something, where most R/Ss occur.
If news comes out and there's a pump. You can be sure the dump will follow.
Sorry, but that's why I'm here. ( ;
looks like some time before the 28th. and most RS are no good. some small splits work out but usually they equal losing money
This R/S is a killer that easily trumps the reinstatement news.
WITHOUT A DOUBT! DANG!!!
Ok, first of all, this stock is not in the same category as either of those two stocks. It would be a huge mistake to think that.
A little pop could be possible, but it'll take something to come out next week to make it move. This R/S is a killer that easily trumps the reinstatement news.
This is a one-man company and I know it all too well. ( :
I hear you. I don't post based on momo and such. I leave the traders to do their thing and wish them luck.
The only thing I address is the fundamentals and how the news put out by the companies are not to be believed.
That's for anyone who actually thinks pinks are worth "investing" in. ( : Some may be. Stocks like this definitely aren't.
I have to agree with you wholeheartedly. The two huge runners this week TSAS and GWAY are the perfect example that if you wait to "check history" you miss the whole run and off course the fact that most reinstatements translate into renewed positive interest in the stock. So what I'm wondering now is weather Monday this will trade or not and when and if it does what it will do. I mean 100:1 split is not the worst thing in the world... trying to think now what would be the strategy with this going forward.
I understand but i have seen many people get psyched out of huge money makers by looking in too deep or looking too far back in history. I am telling you the success rate for these reinstatement plays is a high one.
"most of them starting new venue when they reinstate"
This one has already been through the process of starting a new venue. They were known as Siteworks before they "went solar".
They were going to tie-in with a company called Red Reef last year and build a solar farm in Louisiana but it got exposed as a scam. Now it's IFUS.
All anyone had to do was ask the board for the lowdown on the company and the guy running it.
like i said rarely do they RS and the past really doesnt matter because most of them starting new venue when they reinstate
I wasn't lucky about anything. I didn't call it.
I had no idea what to expect from the reinstatement. But no matter what happened I knew it was going to be bs.
I was simply amused by people hyping the news without knowing a thing about the company's history.
You were extremely lucky. I rarely see reinstatement plays RS so dont act like a big shot.
I didn't say. ( :
But what I DID say about the reinstatement news was that nothing good would come of it.
Then, right between the eyes.....A R/S!
Expecting there'll be a pr about a LOI or MOU for something that'll launch the company into the "green" area. Now, they have plenty of shares to issue for it.
Judging by the filing, Feb 28
dont know but not happy about it. they could of handled this much better. the only thing that could of stopped this from running was an AS and the stupid idiots did one.unreal
When is the RS taking place?
Looks like J.B gets another boost.
Protected ~5m during the last reverse in 2008. How many did you say he will now have?
Looks like shareholders have dilution to look forward to.
