You have to wonder after all this time why Nurse would have a need to raise the number of available shares to sell through a R/S, when there's still a spread between the A/S and O/S. And the sp isn't at .000something, where most R/Ss occur.

If news comes out and there's a pump. You can be sure the dump will follow.
