Is 2015 a possibility for dollar territory?
Good to hear. Do you think .15 a share can happen this year? We have 6 months to do it and I've seen stocks before that have surged well over a penny from our current levels.
It seems the bottom 0.0001s are completely dried out now! Neither any weak hands nor impatient shareholders are willing to sell their shares at the bid after this month's initial bounce. Therefore the dirt cheap 0.0002s are the Lowest price to get in before this hidden gem explode to the penny land (SLRW ever hit 0.015 which is 75-bagger huge return from here) again with the same FIXED Small SS...

Civicbird, please do yourself a favor and read my two previous posts - #'s 17813 and 17815. You will see that there are NO patents held by Solarbrook. The proof is there.
$1.00 would be great nonetheless. I hope those patents are used properly and we can see at least .25 to .50 a share.
I received a private message challenging my assertion that Solarbrook only held seven patents in June 2010 before the company went belly-up.
Here's the proof:
Solarbrook Dispute with Dennis L. Mast
Note the following inventory of Solarbrook patents (the rest went to Mast):
"Intellectual property:
Add-o-mizer
Arsenic process patent
Bio-chemical defense process patent
EDC Patent
Fish Farming patent
Hydro plus patent 628413
Provisional patent Hormone removal: 5735-001"
As with the Fish Farming patent which I cited in my previous post, the other six have expired for failure to pay the maintenance fee. Why? Two reasons: (1) the patents were worthless; and (2) nobody left to pay the fee.
In addition, the material assets cited are also gone.
Bottom line: Solarbrook doesn't exist and also has no patents.
That depends on how those patents are developed properly and how they are commercialized to the market in the very popular way... Anyway at $1 per share any shareholder who hold 1M shares will become a millionaire!
Solarbrook patent number US7631615 B1
As of June 2010, Solarbrook held the rights to seven (7) patents, not 19. This followed a dispute with founder and original CEO, Dennis Mast.
Under U.S. law, a maintenance fee must be paid every 3.5 years in order for the holder to retain the rights to the patent. If the fee is not paid, the patent lapses and the holder loses all rights to the patent.
This is one of the seven patents. It offically expired on February 4, 2014.(Note: The same status applies to all patents once held by Solarbrook.) Shine Holdings was a bogus subsidiary of Solarbrook.

What patents? Name one the "company" still owns.
They tried two weeks ago and failed. A group that knew what it was doing managed to get two quick pops to 0.0008 a year ago this month. That's been it since 2011. Been on life support ever since. The pros might make a few pesos to put in the bank, while the rookies get burned. Same story over and over in pinkieville. Haven't played the game in six or seven years.
Could $1.00 be accomplished this year, Value, if the patents are indeed worth a fortune? I just hope we get the most out of SLRW in 2015.
Yeah but they are going to give it juice and try and run it.
Like looking at a corpse at a wake.
Lots of folks starting to watch this one...
SLRW does not have a positive book value. It no longer exists, merely trading in limbo as a shell. When it was in operation, the assets listed were not accurately valued as was evident by its demise. It is far more likely that a real negative book value existed at that time. The unaudited financials filed in 2010 are nothing but relics at this point, and, were basically useless then given the assets listed.
Welcome to the board, my friend! SLRW is the best OTC stock I've found so far in terms of both the Huge BV plus Key Patents and the FIXED Tiny float plus Small OS/AS among over ten thousands of OTC peers. The BV/PPS ratio is 132 which was never heard before in the entire USA stock market history...
Looks like something's getting ready to happen here, Doing more DD....
That would be the cherry on top, Value. Fingers crossed.
Those Key USA Patents are the extra IP assets in addition to the huge Equity Value (over $6.64M)! When they get properly developed and popularly commercialized SLRW could hit the dollar land based on the current FIXED Small SS...
Patents: During the last few years of his tenure, the CEO squeezed every last penny out of the "company" via reverse splits and bogus press releases. Before he disappeared in 2012 and before home foreclosure, he certainly would have sold off any existing patents if they had any value. Alas, they had no value. Anything and everything was sold off. There are not only no patents left, there are no assets whatsoever that are left.
All the patents this "company" once had are gone. And even if it had any, they are worthless. Either they had no value to begin with or other companies came out with better technologies. If the patents had any intrinsic value, perhaps those in charge might not have had to resort to fraud to try to stay afloat. You ought to do some due diligence on this "company."
How long before .10 to .15 in your opinion, Value? Hope those patents are soon worth a fortune.
Oh, well in that case in str8 then lol
CSJ was being facetious. There is no deal for this scam. CEO disappeared over three years ago and is in hiding. No office. No personnel. No product. No assets. No patents. No reports to the SEC since 2007. Dissolved by the Secretary of State of North Carolina in 2012. Lawsuits pending. Fourteen previous counts of fraud against the company by the SEC.
Reality, I fully concur with your "hack" assessment. Guess the true believer here will have to learn the hard way.
I believe I have found the symbol for the "0.0043 BV non-reporting peer with 2B OS and 1.6B+ float could soar to 0.049 from below 0.0001! Thus SLRW should easily hit 0.15 since it has 0.0132 BV and 79M/504M shares Small float/OS..." HERE it is: POOF.
HUGE volume on SLRW, the .0002's are going fast on this deal !!!
And what is the name of this mystery stock you keep citing, but not identifying?
I guess it doesn't exist. I've requested 4 or 5 times this week with no response the name of "A 0.0043 BV non-reporting peer with 2B OS and 1.6B+ float could soar to 0.049 from below 0.0001! Thus SLRW should easily hit 0.15 since it has 0.0132 BV and 79M/504M shares Small float/OS..." Why am I not surprised?
How long before .15 do you think?
Solarcrook, run by no CEO, with a dissolved corp and no assets.
And what is the name of this stock?
A 0.0043 BV non-reporting peer with 2B OS and 1.6B+ float could soar to 0.049 from below 0.0001! Thus SLRW should easily hit 0.15 since it has 0.0132 BV and 79M/504M shares Small float/OS...
7th consecutive market day: No one willing to buy this "hidden gem" for 0.0002.
The best? The current circumstances rank it among the worst.
No filings for 5 years. A defunct business with dubious assets and significant real liabilities 5 years ago, etc.
It is just a shell now, nothing more. The financials from 5 years ago, completely meaningless. It ranks in the bottom 5% of the OTC market. Far from being the best.
Of course, it could move up. All shells usually do temporarily at some point or another.
SLRW has now been fully exposed for the scam it is and the scam it has always been. Caveat emptor. Good luck to those holding this POS at anything over 0.0001.
Clarification to my previous post: We now know "That high BV ($0.0043 per share) peer" stock of SLRW doesn't exist. If I'm wrong, prove it. Supply the name of the stock.
We now know "That high BV ($0.0043 per share) peer" stock of SLRW doesn't.
Hopefully .10 to .15 a share will come to fruition ultimately this year.
SLRW corporation is defunct, no patents and NO CEO
It is a shell and scam pinkie.
SLRW is still the best OTC stock among over ten thousands of OTC peers in terms of both the highest BV/PPS ratio (132) and the Lowest FIXED Tiny float count (79M shares)! One non-reporting peer with 2B AS, 1B OS, and negative BV but surged to 0.0011 recently from the same bottom 0.0001 without any news at all... The key for that 11-bagger huge rally is: slap the asks to generate the huge volumes!
SLRW - Best stock on the OTCBB has SEC shutting them down!!!
Best stock on the OTCBB has NO CEO !!!
HUGE volume on the best stock on the OTCBB !!!
Is SLRW still the best stock in the OTCBB to you? I hope we get reinstated soon, and triple the peer's high of .049 a share.
SLRW is a scam and SEC nightmare.
Best stock on the OTCBB is not SLRW it is a grey list piece of shit.

Divisions of Solarbrook Water and Power
Solarbrook Water and Power Corporations (SLRW.PK) core focus is to seek out synergistic acquisitions that will provide capital appreciation and income from portfolio companies. The objectives of the company are to concentrate its resources and efforts on businesses dealing with the treatment and purification of water.
The companies currently held are: HydroFlo Water Treatment Inc., Ultra Choice Water, Inc., Advanced Water Recycle, Inc., and Clean Water Scientific, Inc.
HydroFlo Water Treatment, Inc.
HydroFlo Water Treatment, Inc. (HWTI) is an international provider of wastewater treatment solutions for industrial and governmental customers. HWTI designs, builds, and installs equipment used for pre-treatment of wastewater within sewers and pressure collection systems. The Company was founded in 1999 and provides equipment to end users and Original Equipment Manufacturers throughout the United States and Europe.
HydroFlo Water Treatment, Inc. provides a full range of related services to companies and municipalities to treat their wastewater at the treatment plant by the use of the energy efficient aeration systems in treatment lagoons. HWTI is ready with global solutions to help clean wastewater at costs lower than possible under prior arrangements. The innovative technology that HWTI provides is based on a simple but sound premise-expand the potential of your existing infrastructure with a minimal investment and eliminate the need of costly chemicals that require removal at the wastewater treatment facilities.
HWTI's patented Pressure Line Up Stream (PLUS) system eliminates both odor and corrosion associated with pressure sewer systems. The process utilizes the wastewater pipeline conveyance network as a pretreatment location so pretreatment can be performed at minimal capital costs. The Company's Aero Transfer System improves the performance at the aeration base by supplementing existing systems whenever high efficiency oxygen transfer is an issue.
HWTI's Dissolved Air Flotation (HDAF) unit provides a more effective and efficient means of removal of solids from wastewater by creating a pump that requires less horsepower, greater operation and process efficiencies than conventional units.
The Company's export goals are to develop a network of manufacturer's representative to sell and distribute the Company's equipment globally. The additional goal is to inform and make the Company's processes a part of a standard specification for engineering firms engaged in the design-construction of wastewater treatment facilities.

CWSI's AquaClens for Industry has the ability to efficiently oxygenate water. Clean Water Scientifics' patent pending technology is a device known as the Add-o-mizer, a cylindrical unit wherein liquid and gas are mixed under high pressure. Inside the unit the liquid and gas are mixed in a fashion to dissolve the gas into the liquid. Upon release from the unit, the gas appears in a small bubble formation within the liquid. This process has been used and proven very effective in water treatment, water purification, and water oxygenation.
