SLRW is still the best OTC stock among over ten thousands of OTC peers in terms of both the highest BV/PPS ratio (132) and the Lowest FIXED Tiny float count (79M shares)! One non-reporting peer with 2B AS, 1B OS, and negative BV but surged to 0.0011 recently from the same bottom 0.0001 without any news at all... The key for that 11-bagger huge rally is: slap the asks to generate the huge volumes!
