For starters, Frittering away $4,2 million in order "to get a loan". I doubt there is anyone else in history who had to loan its lender money to get a loan. How about buying companies without proper due diligence, and then having to pay them for breaking the deal.

The one thing that concerns me is that it was Massey who possibly bullied this through with his last votes with the Prfd A shares (total voting control) right before he cancelled them.

Was this truly the best way to go? Or was it the only way to go?

Was it a good business decision or possibly done out of spite as he was being forced to give up his Prfrd A and Common shares (per the last letter to s/h)?

The CLEAREST sign of shenanigans is indicated by these longer-term charts that relentlessly move in the exact opposite direction of claimed financial success, tweets, PRs, and other perma-bullish promises.

No need to even mention all the C-suite resignations, lawsuits, failed financings, etc.

if they do have something on him, then considering the losses he caused to shareholders with, IMO, his totally inept management and business deals, they should do more than take his shares. Go after him and the BOD insurance.
