The one thing that concerns me is that it was Massey who possibly bullied this through with his last votes with the Prfd A shares (total voting control) right before he cancelled them.

Was this truly the best way to go? Or was it the only way to go?

Was it a good business decision or possibly done out of spite as he was being forced to give up his Prfrd A and Common shares (per the last letter to s/h)?

Just conjecture.
