I'm just speculating obviously. I suspect he's trying to save face by not saying it. His reputation is already quite poor, and I'm sure any potential company knows that just with a simple google search, which likely plays into lack of desire to associate. He's probably scrounging for another company. I wish someone a little more competent would buy the shell from him. Maybe send it back to Ben @ Synergy.

I believe its time to contact an attorney we've been lead to believe that we are merging with a company doing business and yet for months we hear nothing.
There are plenty of attorneys that work these types of cases.

This has been one long and winding road to nowhere, no doubt. As dumb as it sounds, I've stayed in this with the faith Cooley will be true to his word that he is committed to this ticker for the long haul. And yes, he has done about nothing publicly since to back that statement up.

It has been slow here so I will throw out an idea for Cooley.

If you want to take this stock to the next level look at the regulatory environment around Crypto. The SEC is looking to possibly regulate the likes of Coinbase and the other trading companies. They have asked them to come in to talk. They feel if they try to talk with the SEC they might be on the hook for back fines for not coming in earlier. There was a good podcast on this at Blooming Crypto. Interesting listen.

If SNRY would register with the SEC as a trading Crypto Trading firm they do not have any history so no back fines and then they could merg with a current Crypto trading firm and avoid any back fines.

Good for the trading firm and good for SNRY shareholders. It would be a win win.

I am not sure Cooley would do that but given the current regulatory environment this would work.

I would like to see a reverse merge into a small Bank with a National Charter. Then this would be a good set up for a DeFi company coming in to buy for the coming regulation of the crypto market.
