How long does it take to change transfer agents? Going on 3 weeks now. Not that I’m surprised, status quo.

I am not sure this was much of a Pump. Cooley was just vague enough on his posts early in 2021 to avoid being held responsible. The March 25 posts were very specific and if he is not able to pull it off his fiduciary duty to the shareholders and not overhyping a deal will come back to haunt him. Saying an LOI was signed by a multi-millions rev co can be verified fairly easy. Changing transfer companies is easy to verify. All could be good for SNRY.

I do think he needs to close the deal or he will lose the money he made here in fines and defense costs.

I have no dog in this hunt anymore and I hope every long makes good money here.

From what my research says Cooley should be trying to make every effort to complete the deal. His March 25th tweets might have put him in a situation if nothing is done. Tweets are considered public disclosure.

I'd think we'd see the transfer agent reflect on OTCM soon. It's been almost 2 weeks since the change is said to have been initiated. Hopefully there will be other additions to the securities info at that time.

mine, have U heard if WeBull has commission free trades yet or is coming soon? I remember something said back a few months that they were thinking of no otc trade commission fees to compete with the big market on No Fees, I will set up my WeBull account if they announce this for otc Thanks

Webull is a popular (with "moon" investors and many others) app-based trading platform that formerly didn't permit trading of OTC stocks. Today, they began permitting trading on a limited group of 50 OTC tickers.

The thought is that many current webull users will be lured to the OTC, hence added $ and volume into the OTC in general. That's why I posted. However, looks like the platform is starting on a limited basis only, excluding all but the largest 50 OTC for now. I guess we'll see if they expand the choices.

For clarification, I found out it's only 50 tickers at this point. This one won't be tradeable there at this point.

$SNRY This past Friday we cancelled our service with OTR as a transfer agent. Going forward Signature stock transfer will be our new provider. Account is in the process of being moved, more updates to follow.

I've never been in a stock before now where the company just goes silent and the price just keeps falling. I really have no idea what to make of this.

I don't know, looking at other examples in the OTC, I feel like those things are not enforced in this realm.

I have faith, the last update we received was that the deal was still going through. If that would have changed it would have been material information that would have required a update within 5 days right? So I think it is more of just going through the process. Most custodians dont update as it goes through escrow and all the T&C’s are done, that usually leads to a price drop with no communication. We are seeing it on many custodianships right now, I am patient and will buy more if it dips.
