I am not sure this was much of a Pump. Cooley was just vague enough on his posts early in 2021 to avoid being held responsible. The March 25 posts were very specific and if he is not able to pull it off his fiduciary duty to the shareholders and not overhyping a deal will come back to haunt him. Saying an LOI was signed by a multi-millions rev co can be verified fairly easy. Changing transfer companies is easy to verify. All could be good for SNRY.

I do think he needs to close the deal or he will lose the money he made here in fines and defense costs.

I have no dog in this hunt anymore and I hope every long makes good money here.

I would say to Cooley “time to step up!”
