One of the things that makes me feel more comfortable holding LEXO is that this guy (a professor) who helped fund this acquisition via a private placement for 6.1M shares @ .17/shr. is apparently a bright fella. Of coarse anything can happen with these pennies but knowing this gives me that 'warm fuzzy' feeling. lol

Funding for the acquisition detailed in Item 2.01 above was accomplished through a private placement that resulted in the sale of an aggregate of 10,125,000 shares of the Company's common stock for aggregate proceeds of $1,700,000. Kyoung Ho Lim acquired 4,000,000 shares, Young Hee Lee acquired 6,125,000 shares. In addition, the Company issued 1,000,000 shares to Joon Ho Chang, a consultant who assisted the Company with the transaction, for his consulting services.

Title: Formation of intramolecular junction of carbon nanotubes

Abstract: Carbon nanotube is a strong candidate for a new functional nanotransistor. Control of chirality which determines the electronic structures is of crucial importance prior to the application. Yet, the metallic nanotubes are always present in the sample, which cannot be selectively controlled during the synthesis. This has been a bottleneck for nanotube application to the transistors. Here we demonstrate that the electronic structures can be modified by functionalization. We show this by forming intramolecular heterojunction of carbon nanotubes which clearly showed the rectifying and gating effects even from the metallic nanotubes.

I recently contacted the Chairman which was VERY hard to reach. Jehy Lah @ 949-477-4000

- I asked if the building @ techfirst.co.kr was theirs and he said it is and it sits on 3 acres.

- They are in final testing phase right now and are ramping up for production so this IS the ground floor. He said that I was the first one to call and ask about the company. I asked how many employees they had and he said that there's not many because this factory is nearly fully automated.

- Even though they are still mainly in the testing phase, they have shipped product to some Korean companies. He said that Formfactor could be a customer for their product in the first quarter and also mentioned Samsung.

- He was explaining the technology a bit and said that what would normally take an inch square PC board would decrease in size by 100x using this technology and temp. would no longer be a factor.

- He foresees that ALL computers and other electronics will be heading in this direction in the future.

I'm still trying to gather more info. but it's not easy. lol
