One of the things that makes me feel more comfortable holding LEXO is that this guy (a professor) who helped fund this acquisition via a private placement for 6.1M shares @ .17/shr. is apparently a bright fella. Of coarse anything can happen with these pennies but knowing this gives me that 'warm fuzzy' feeling. lol

Item 3.02 Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities

Funding for the acquisition detailed in Item 2.01 above was accomplished through a private placement that resulted in the sale of an aggregate of 10,125,000 shares of the Company's common stock for aggregate proceeds of $1,700,000. Kyoung Ho Lim acquired 4,000,000 shares, Young Hee Lee acquired 6,125,000 shares. In addition, the Company issued 1,000,000 shares to Joon Ho Chang, a consultant who assisted the Company with the transaction, for his consulting services.

Title: Formation of intramolecular junction of carbon nanotubes

Abstract: Carbon nanotube is a strong candidate for a new functional nanotransistor. Control of chirality which determines the electronic structures is of crucial importance prior to the application. Yet, the metallic nanotubes are always present in the sample, which cannot be selectively controlled during the synthesis. This has been a bottleneck for nanotube application to the transistors. Here we demonstrate that the electronic structures can be modified by functionalization. We show this by forming intramolecular heterojunction of carbon nanotubes which clearly showed the rectifying and gating effects even from the metallic nanotubes.
