I never pulled the trigger on this, but was close. I would have been in it when it jumped to .05. But I don't trust Chinese financials. I think they invented the cooking of the books.

Thoughts?
The market will tell us shortly in any case but...
Cash will be needed- increase of revenue stream will be the result as the new venture comes online.
I wonder how much lead time the market will use to hedge the event..

The stock supply is thin at these levels- the recent volume spike could have been based on a single(or small group) of insider buying against this development.

Slower Net Income like you said Buddha but major Basket stocks showing up on L2 last few weeks.

Basket trades are used by institutional investors or program traders to invest large amounts of money into a particular portfolio or index.

I rarely see them on L2 ever so this might be a fire cracker soon.

SIHI: SinoHub moving up?

The stock price is up and the volume as well, significantly so.

Hard to imagine that the bottom is not in on this one.

Presuming the numbers are real, SIHI looks like one of the better plays going forward.

News of a second and bigger contract from telecom titan China Unicom is a wild card, imo, that could power this one up out of nowhere.

The current contract called for shipment of 20,000 phones in the first two quarters of 2011. Little doubt the order was simply a test run by China Unicom. Interesting to see if they liked the results and put in a much more serious order.

Well worth watching going forward.

SIHI is another of the very beat up Nasdaq stocks that are ripe for a pop.

Like LPH earlier today along with GURE, OSN and VALV.

SIHI looks like a nice situation in a market on the mend.
