3. A/S reduction

at that point we'll be golden, but many hoops yet to come i'm sure...

It does stand to reason that since they are creating a new web site, it will contain some interesting new things for us to read. Perhaps even something on funding. And if not, then maybe this is a prelude to a funding announcement. It's hard to believe that they would creat a new web site just for the sake of letting their creative juices flow.

As I posted earlier, I received the SIRG PPP from Rod as an email attachment.
I believe it was done under authorization from Patrick Champney, the former CEO before he died (Aug. 23, 2011) and was done as a presentation document to secure funding. (Just my guess.)

I was able to view the presentation. I guess my first question is how did you obtain this attachment? Did Rod send it to you? Not sure why all shareholders were not privy to this information.

Having participated in many presentations like this over the years it comes down to the credibility of the person(s) who prepared the financial information. It looks fine on the surface and understand the final deal will most likely be different from this presentation and hopefully not too toxic to the shareholders.

This is where a PR, conference call, etc. from Rod becomes crucial.

my level of confusion is at an all-time high. I'm sure Rod has sent email to imcat at some point, I don't think that's in question... but Chris, did you seriously just make that up about shareholders getting updated and the website being completed? If it's real, then respond to requests to post the contents of the email and who you received it from.

The SIRG Power Point Presentation came as an email attachment and I downloaded it on my computer. I did not realize that the link I posted would not work.

I have loaded it into Google Docs and I think it works. Can someone check it out and verify.

It was an email attachment and it downloaded onto my computer and I did not realize that others could not see it.

My point exactly.
I have been here for a bit longer, and have emailed Rod and the company perhaps a dozen times, and I've NEVER received a response.

I'm not saying the email Chris received wasn't real or didn't happen, but that it differs from every other persons response from the company.

Hopefully he can provide the proof, otherwise I will assume it was wishful thinking.
