I was able to view the presentation. I guess my first question is how did you obtain this attachment? Did Rod send it to you? Not sure why all shareholders were not privy to this information.

Having participated in many presentations like this over the years it comes down to the credibility of the person(s) who prepared the financial information. It looks fine on the surface and understand the final deal will most likely be different from this presentation and hopefully not too toxic to the shareholders.

This is where a PR, conference call, etc. from Rod becomes crucial.
