Sibannac, Inc. is proud to announce the appointment of Karl Gottschalk, as CEO of its Oklahoma City-based subsidiary, Immersive Brand Concepts, Inc. Immersive is a progressive and forward-thinking wellness company that specializes in the design and distribution of a variety of all-natural products -- with an impressive and expanding line that includes Organic Health and Immunity, Hangover Prevention and Kratom Energy.
Prior to joining Immersive, Mr. Gottschalk has held various Executive positions, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership while achieving remarkable results. As the National Director for Jeeter/Dreamfields, Mr. Gottschalk successfully reformulated all strains of their pre-roll offerings, resulting in nearly double the output. His integration of Automation also significantly decreased labor costs while improving product quality simultaneously.
At Jeeter, Mr. Gottschalk also spearheaded the implementation of vape cart manufacturing automation and updated cannabis infusion methodologies as part of his tenure, which also heavily involved business growth and opportunity assessments. Prior to Jeeter/Dreamfields, Mr. Gottschalk co-founded Kola Labs Inc., where he engineered solventless THC remediation technology and developed proprietary CBD isolation systems that can produce as much as 300 kg of CBD isolate daily. He has served as the Vice President of Operations, Engineering and Quality Control for Intelliguard, Inc, specializing in narcotic and medication RFID tracking. During his tenure there, he managed a team of Engineers to reengineer an anesthesia cart by utilizing RFID technology to track narcotics and medications that is still widely used today.
Mr. Gottschalk's notable achievements also include his tenure as the Automation Engineering Manager for Becton Dickinson & Safety Syringes Inc., where he managed high-speed automation engineering projects and FDA audits. Prior to that, he was a Lean Manufacturing Specialist for Guidant & Abbott Laboratories, with a focus on cardiovascular solutions. As the CEO of Immersive, Mr. Gottschalk will be implementing a complete Quality Management System to ensure that products are being produced at the highest level of quality to meet the stringent standards that are outlined in ISO 13485.

Sibannac, Inc. is proud to announce its entrée into the retail marketplace, opening its first Kava/Kratom bar in the heart of downtown Scottsdale. Adjacent to Scottsdale's bustling Old Town district, this novel bar concept is set to open by the end of summer. A name for the location will be announced prior to launch. The Company has partnered with an operator who is fully funding the buildout and startup costs. Sibannac has maintained a lease on the premises, awaiting to open through the pandemic.
The bar will feature Kava and Kratom tea beverages, made at Sibannac's manufacturing facility, mere minutes from the retail location. Customers will be able to purchase pre-made beverages containing varying doses of these marvelous healing plants. In addition, the Company will be offering complaint hemp-derived cannabis products in gummies and other edibles, including edibles containing legal psychedelic options, like the Mushroom variant, Amanita Muscaria.

A closely watched World Health Organization panel recently decided that kratom didn't warrant a "critical review," which could have led to UN restrictions and a federal ban. The panel found that while the substance can be toxic in very high doses, it is difficult to link kratom to overdose deaths with much certainty. In fact, many states are passing what is termed the "Kratom Consumer Protection Act (KCPA)", a legal framework being adopted across the country, approving the sale of kratom products, while maintaining age restrictions and accurate descriptions of product contents. NOHO Brand Acquisition
Sibannac acquired the NOHO brand intellectual property from NOHO, Inc. (OTC Pink: DRNK) in a spin-off transaction that was effectuated at the end of last year. As part of the transaction, the Company has agreed to pay royalties to NOHO, Inc.
The After Shot has received an updated flavor and formulation. While maintaining many of the core ingredients, the new formulation contains a proprietary liver blend and removed some minor compounds in an effort to improve the new flavor profile. While still in the citrus family, the update was partially influenced by feedback from potential distribution partners.
Distribution
Sibannac is actively in discussions with several distributors responsible for product placement from the convenience store market - both chain stores and independents - to grocery and big box discounters. The Company is also working with a brand development firm based in Phoenix, who will be retained to do retail support, consumer engagement and sales optimization, as the NOHO shot gains retail traction.
