Anyone with news here. New director and latest filing.
You may have lost money this once, but hopefully you learned a lesson that will stick with you for the rest of your investing career.
ALWAYS READ THE SEC FIINGS FIRST! (And if they don't have any SEC filings, there is no information necessary to perform due diligence and the stock is not worth a penny of your investment dollars)
If you had done that, you would have seen that not only did SHMX have toxic death spiral convertibles, which is an automatic disqualifier for investment (they kill every company that issues them) but that it was an insider enrichment scheme. They didn't spend any money exploring their mineral properties. Instead, all the money raised through the issuance of the toxic death spirals was immediately funneled to the insiders as "management fees". In one short period, it was over $1 million dollars transferred directly into management's pockets for doing absolutely nothing.
If you learned that lesson, and stick with it, then perhaps it will turn out to be a cheap lesson after all. Oh, and don't fall for message board pump and dumps.
cant believe i lost money in this scam. solely spur-of-the-moment decision based off of ihub posts................. so retarded. never again
anyone know whats going on here. dead in the water?
Could be. Though because the new guy is an accountant, I'm inclined to think he may believe he can sweet-talk the SEC into not revoking. Good luck to him. They'll just suggest he accept revocation and take his time preparing those missing filings. There're a lot of them.
They really have no chance to convince the SEC to reverse the revocation notice, so what is the point? If I had to guess, it is to shield Henry Riedl. Because he resigned immediately prior to the final revocation notice being entered, he does not have to disclose that he was an officer and director of a company subject to regulatory action. Which, depending on his other business interests and/or professional or regulatory registrations, may be significant. It certainly looks like he found, and perhaps paid, a patsy to take the final fall for him here.
This sounds like too little, too late to me.

Little chance of it ever returning to trade. I suggest you read the SEC notice of revocation.

"Respondents’ violations were recurrent, egregious, and deprived the investing public of current and accurate financial information on which to make informed decisions."
RKO (fka Shamika) did not bother to respond to the SEC notice or contest the revocation in any way. They do have 21 days from the date of the decision to contest the revocation and request a review, but I have never seen such a request ever being successful in preventing the revocation.
Maybe it comes back?
The stock has been revoked.
https://www.sec.gov/alj/aljdec/2015/id798cff.pdf
Changing management is almost certainly too little, too late. Old management never bothered to respond to the SEC revocation notice. They technically have a few more days to file for a review, but without any "manifest error of fact" (which there is none - they are without a fact delinquent in their legally required filing obligations) this stock will be deleted and is completely worthless.
Such is life!
td hasnt been allowing me to put a sell order, for obvious reasons... but for some reason, it allowed me to today... kjanga;dfng;. f this pos regardless
Seems it was all a sham. Good thing I didn't reinvest
Facts are facts. The hearing in front of the Administrative Law Judge is the 29th of May. The stock will be revoked and it will disappear forever shortly thereafter.
That is what happens to companies that are delinquent with their SEC filings.
Uhhuh uhhuhuhuhuhuhuh. Thanks for your input.
SHMX is dead, and will be buried shortly. The hearing in front of the SEC Administrative Law Judge is this Friday. It will be revoked and will be completely worthless shortly thereafter.
No PM. But yeah i guess. This time seems a little more serious than last time. You don't see stocks come back from this often. Well here's to hoping.
Dunno what you're trying to say but it's deader than a doornail
SHMX - from 0.0001 to 0.0007
I can lead a Horse to water, but I can't make him drink !

Until the SEC revokes registration and SHMX disappears forever:
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2015/34-74869.pdf
As much potential as there ever was. Which is zero. It is going to be revoked soon and will be completely worthless.
SHMX was conceived as an insider enrichment scam from day 1. They went public with worthless mining claims which almost immediately lapsed. They spent only a few thousand dollars on claim fees. The money they raised through the sale of toxic death spiral convertible debt was quickly transferred to the insiders in the form of "management fees". IIRC, in one quarter they paid almost $1 million in "management fees" and spent $4,000 on their mineral properties.
The SEC should have revoked this zombie a long time ago. At least before the latest obvious pump and dump which hooked a whole new group of gamblers who didn't take the time to review the SEC filings. Otherwise they wouldn't have put a penny in this dog.
Better question. Is there any more future potential?
ahhh this bloooooooooooooooows. but then agin, im the tard that bought it (rookie days)
LOL!! Okay, my bad...
Sarcasm detector= broken
Registration will be revoked. Deal with it.
FIRM HANDSHAKE STILL SHOWING ON COMPANY WEBSITE, crisis avertedd...I think we can all breathe a collective sigh of relief.

I dunno. I look at all pennies as pure scams- meaning the chances of any of them ever being successful is, may be 0.000000001%. And most of the CEO/founders are here to simply sell shares and take our money. Share selling is a permanent feature of all penny's. Supply and demand trumps all-anything else is irrelevant.
Most (read all) ppl playing penny's are here to make a penny or two fast, quickly. There are no long term investors except bag-holders (me, me, me ). 3 days is long term investment.
So the only way to make money here is get-in and get-out at the right time. If u can't time it perfectly, then your chance of loosing it is 100%.
Just my observation.
I have been investing since 1996 and still holds the first 6 stocks I bought like Merck, McDonald etc.
I look for undervalued growth stocks and after serious DD, pick some. After observation, I get rid of the losers and keep the winners and I keep them forever. Have more than 200 stocks in my portfolio. Have GOOG that I bought at $87 and Apple and many more.
Come to play penny's when I am bored but I almost lose it all the time except few exception.
I don't lose because I am bad at picking or timing- I am actually good at that. I have a long term investment mindset- so I have difficulty selling after much gain-I forget that it is a penny.
Almost all penny I buy go up after I have bought- meaning I catch them at the right time. Then they go up but I don't sell . That's the problem. So when I invest in penny's I assume it will be total loss. But I still do it from time to time-it's ok.
Good Luck
Just wanted to know if there was a more effective way to warn and convince shareholders to exit their positions in severely delinquent SEC Registrant filer stocks.
The SEC has suspended over 1,300 delinquent filers and the SEC Admin Law Judge thereafter revoked the registrations of all +1,300....so the evidence is compelling.
Thanks for replying.
well, in my last 16 yrs, I have not come across one penny that is truthful. From my vantage point they are all scams. I play penny for adrenaline rush and lose most of the time. It was many years ago I remember loosing over $150K on a penny called XChem or something like that.
So delinquent or not is not relevant to me. Is it possible to to get in and get out soon enough. Here that didn't happen.
Anyone making money with pennys must be million times smarter than I am.
I'm curious, xyz1002, when I posted my warning on Feb. 22,2015 was the warning not strong enough to avoid losing $5,000?
Feb. 22,2015:
SHMX is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 8 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.
Since Jan 1st, 2010 the SEC has suspended over 1290 stocks for Financials delinquencies. All of those Suspended stocks had their stock registrations revoked.
Shareholders should contact the company and pressure the Mgmt to file their delinquent Financials because ALL shareholders would be wiped out IF the SEC suspends the stock.
SHMX is on the list of delinquent filers:

lol. temporarily sick since 2012?
Please be patient , mayby temporarily CEO is sick !!??
for example!
The dumb CEO has come to the end of the line. Or at least SHMX has. Registration will be revoked, and that'll be the end of it.
How come the website is announced for the 12th of May and now it is suspended? What's going on with this dumb CEO?
LONG overdue. This company was designed as a scam - the original management transferred all the money raised from the issuance of toxic death spiral convertibles into their own pockets as "management fees". Including almost $1 million in one year. It is too bad the SEC didn't get around to it a couple months ago before a group faked some action in the stock and ran a quick pump and dump trapping a whole new group of bagholders, all of which are now stuck with worthless paper forever.
Hopefully SHMX's former parent DGR* is next.
This is great now! So the SEC made the sunset before the company was going to do that to the website. what horrible and misleading a..holes. Thank God only $5K is down the drain.

Don't know, I threw a little money in this as a lotto play. Not really up to date on whats happening.
I see the website states this.....
This website will sunset on or before May 12, 2015, as we bring forward our new business plans.
what the hell happened-they have no updates at all. May 12 th is coming first. Crazy!
In a Coma here.
they mean: I should buy myself some SHMX (can here what really happen?), 2015, or until 2016?
Suck up those shares for a rainy day! $
sooon Shamika will be a Elephant or tiger minimum !
in next hundred light years or early !
Why I keep my 557 shares !!!
SHMX trends are similar to several pinks... example I use to own HIM* last year when it was .0001 for years then the dilution, buying and selling at .0001 and .0002 with well over 150 million to 250 million on the ask and bid then to no bids at all. Then come last November 2014 it went from .0001 to .50 then everyone dumped going from .50 to .10 in a month. Plenty of time to ride the wave.... A lot of people on here believe the trend for SHMX is building up the same way... All theses patterns are the same bids to no bids, dilution then more bids leading to high volume going back and forth... "Sleeping Giant" I tell you....
