Little chance of it ever returning to trade. I suggest you read the SEC notice of revocation.

"Respondents’ violations were recurrent, egregious, and deprived the investing public of current and accurate financial information on which to make informed decisions."

RKO (fka Shamika) did not bother to respond to the SEC notice or contest the revocation in any way. They do have 21 days from the date of the decision to contest the revocation and request a review, but I have never seen such a request ever being successful in preventing the revocation.
