I am not informed, so maybe wrong. There are about 20 million shares out it shows. You sold a bunch and still hold 1.5 million shares, you wrote. I thought anyone holding more than 5% of the shares of a publicly traded company (20,000,000 x .005 = 1 million) had to submit a form or schedule 13D, with the SEC. I looked and haven't seen any filed. Curious.

Iam the one who dumped some shares as I wanted to invest in some other stocks for the short term. Made 16% today so it made sense.I own 1.5 mill shares so I am not going anywhere Maybe buy a few shares to bring it back to 8

Ok, So I talked to the boss today. STILL awaiting the audit but he said that he is going a different route with private financing. The financing is coming in due to a certification on the of the computer models The financing will be in the single figure million. The orders remain strong and there been some new very large orders. he has a new computer that is out and google certified. The timing of the financing is out known but is sounded like it was inside of a week. Once the audit is complete there will additional financing coming in from another source.

I just spoke to the main man. The auditor asked additional questions on friday and the 3rd party accounting firm addressed them this AM. The questions were addressed. Once the 2018 audit is done they will be able to obtain additional financing. It should be any day.... if the Auditor stops asking questions and signs off on 2018.
He said the orders are continuing to back-up and are increasing. I said that I felt that was weird because the kids are starting to go back. But he said the kids that have gone back some are getting sick and that is producing more orders. There is no increase in shares nor are there and plans to do so.

Yeah your right looks like a couple of million added from, 24,194,455 to, 26,618,455..... so yeah some got added for sure not a lot though. Not sure if this is an audit issue or they have a note out.
