I am not informed, so maybe wrong. There are about 20 million shares out it shows. You sold a bunch and still hold 1.5 million shares, you wrote. I thought anyone holding more than 5% of the shares of a publicly traded company (20,000,000 x .005 = 1 million) had to submit a form or schedule 13D, with the SEC. I looked and haven't seen any filed. Curious.
