Nope
And everybody knows that
$$$$ Today is the Day $$$$
$$$$ $frx $$$$
Thank you for posting this information
The FACT is other salvors PROVED…….
Juno was a dud.
However, SFRX says it’s now an archeological site.
That should be worth a billion or so shares.
Remember it’s best to say in your opinion it’s a dud, not a fact proven by anyone. Jmo
It wasn’t my words, it was Reynolds……
words.
He claimed it was a mag. A long said it was the same technology as the Timmy Toy.
Not sure where he got that info.
Regardless, my point was that in my opinion the news in the coming months will be about a new tech or archeology, not treasure.
That’s why I said look for news about the handheld, not treasure.
The Juno site has been explored by several salvors. It’s a dud.
Just what I was reading in your post. I’m not complaining just like the idea you mentioned! Such a device is, will, be worth $$$$$!!! Jmo
Your own words? Hand held device? Interesting? I do like the idea of a hand held sea searcher! I had mentioned way back such a metal detector that discriminates gold and silver from junk metals wood be great for people like me that use hand held metal detectors. Jmo I would buy one!!! Jmo
You’re CONfusing me with a long……..
I never said the handheld was a mini Timmy Toy.
Seriously, I didn’t.
The video is about a hand held magnetometer, they created not the same as what the sea searcher is capable of. Jmo
I wasn’t aware it was a handheld Timmy Toy………
The video I linked in the previous post has Timmy saying it was a mini mag.
What you’re suggesting is a diver needs a handheld because the Timmy Toy doesn’t locate something within a half an inch, as has been claimed.
You don’t remember the hand held mag?……..
SFRX announced the magic wand last year.
The point of my post was….don’t expect treasure news, expect TECH or archaeological news.
That’s how SFRX rolls.
It's pretty cool because it uses the same technology as the sea searcher but is not made to scan large areas.
The sea searcher will show the divers the location of the target. It will give a 3d scan of the target and can tell the specific type of metal.
Once it locates a target the diver follow the sea searcher and mark the area on the sea floor with what was described to me like a large metal kettlebell. They then will have lots of work to do. The bottom of the seabed is mapped in several sqft areas specified by the permit in a grid system. Because SFRX is doing proper archeology they have to measure the exact location on the grid and begin to document everything. So as they carefully suck up the seabed floor with the seavac 3000 which is a lithium powered shop vac if you will. Another piece of technology they invented just for Juno beach because of its depth. It will carefully take up the dirt as it does that the hand held sea searcher will be used to help the divers in that specific location find what the sea searcher identified easier.
This company has some amazing tech. Finding treasure and getting it from the bottom of the ocean in a manner that will be sensitive enough to preserve history is A LOT more than I ever realized. They put in the time and money into this project. In my mind it's a sure thing.
Disclaimer:
For those that would like to criticize post. I am not a diver I take lots of pieces of information that is made public and put it together to understand what I invested in. I understand that up until this point the technology is only proven in controlled areas.
I do not claim to be 100 percent right but I am probably close enough for just a poster on a board and a shareholder. So if you would like to add more information because you know more I will not be offended.
Nice close today, interesting. Jmo
What hand held device? Please fill me in I must have missed that? Jmo
Right
Hopefully this all pans out for all the SHAREHOLDERS here !!!!
We all know something........
It's not going to be this low for very long. Now is the time people look back on and say I should have bought more when it was low....
Just sayin
I did not want to sell at .03 cents anyway. I am in this to win big, AND BIG it will be.
Have to like the closing action !!!
Maybe .....
Someone knows something ???
Point taken
Hopefully we get some good news soon ....
Unless you are actively trading the stock, the day to day fluctuations are meaningless
When they bring up treasure, we hit it big
If you are trading the stock, probably should have sold some when it ran before
And maybe add now
I just wish they were more Transparent on their operations.
This would help the PPS from continuing to drop, IMO.
Probably someone sold via a:
Market Order vs a Limit Order would be my guess.
now on stock is up 6% on 3,498,845 shares traded.
How mathematically does this work?
The Day range is $0.0050 -$0.0080. How can the total shares traded 3,498,845 have a 38% on the value of the stock today?
The next PR will likely be about the......
handheld device and how it will change the industry forever.
We'll see.
Couldn't a media deal "gag" SFRX........or
at least limit their communication to the public?
Think about it. You don't give away the ending.
I would think if they're bringing up treasure and it's being documented with a film crew, silence would be preferable until it airs.
SFRX was on EU with Josh Gates and they had to keep quiet the HUGE wood find they had on that show, even though it was previously found but presented as a new find.
Also, they didn't mention they would be on the show until it was previewed by EU the week before.
I know it happened with EE and The Pulaski, as well as with History's Greatest Mysteries.
I don't think you can have a HUGE PR as well as a media deal. I think it will be a subdued PR and then BOOM.....TV announcement.
You don't want to announce a multi-billion dollar find months in advance of it airing.
I agree no one finds anything until they find something.
Mel Fisher did not find anything but THEN....
Seafarer didn't find anything
BUT THEN!!!
Go SFRX....I have faith in them.

I find it all amusing as well as sad. Sad meaning they have not produced any evidence of actual gold or silver as a result of the SeaSearcher scans. Yet excuses are in abundance. First its currents (nothing to do with excavations), and now it's something else. I understand in marine salvage operations things can be complicated even with experienced salvors but not digging a hole on a treasure target (proofing), and proving to stockholders its the real deal - come on.
A long time ago, multiple times, I made the prediction that what they had at Melbourne was not a wreck site but flotsam in spite of the fact that Kennedy stated 'We're on the wreck'. Who was right? In this case, as I've also said before, the Juno wreck is a scuttled ship. Stripped of all cannons and treasure before it then sank. It will not be unusual to find numerous 'trash and trinket' items. One thing is alway certain when on a Spanish shipwreck (ALWAYS), there are many, many Spanish 'olive jars' both intact and broken shards, pending conditions. How many have been seen on this Juno wreck? Of course this is only my opinion but what would I know?
Sea state conditions remain favorable. Should be no problem 'proofing' some treasure.

"He wants to scan the area in its entirety with the sea searcher. Find the BIGGEST area of treasure...pullup as much as possible along with maybe a film company (don't know but hope so) and have a HUGE first press release. You can only have one 1st press release."
Nail hit squarely on the head. Treasure is coming...it's just a matter of how much. Validation of the SeaSearcher tech with treasure at Juno makes this fly. It's coming no doubts here.
Thank you for posting !!!
Keep us updated if you will ...
Everyone has been silent in a good way.
From what I understand excavation has been happening as the Facebook posts says (hundreds of items) The only difference is we are not pulling up treasure?
Why is the next question? Kyle has a very great response to that.
1st it's not a mystery that the sea searcher has had multiple issues. They did MAJOR modifications and it's absolutely astonishing that they fix each issue pretty quick.
Tim if you don't know is a perfectionist which sometimes is frustrating but he wants everything to be perfect. In the last couple of months they had to get rid of the tether to the boat. Which housed all the computers. They had to add all the computers to the sea searcher. They had issues with it overheating. Blah blah right....
The point is that the sea searcher has already scanned the area AND FOUND non ferrous targets as they announced on Facebook...
However it was a partial scan and perhaps the several non ferrous targets are not the biggest targets. We dont know. So to point 2
2nd point. Once Seafarer pulls up treasure we will have a amazing press release. Right...well do you want the first press release to be a minor one or a major one? Meaning Kyle's plan which I agree with has been more difficult because of the sea searcher issues but it has not changed.
He wants to scan the area in its entirety with the sea searcher. Find the BIGGEST area of treasure...pullup as much as possible along with maybe a film company (don't know but hope so) and have a HUGE first press release. You can only have one 1st press release.
I am anxious as well. I like everyone has lost 70 percent of my stock value since the crash. However the end result has not changed. I believe their IS TREASURE THERE. Sure you can bash my opinion all you want (you know who) I don't care.
You can say all kinds of things but hey poop happens. They are working hard everyday and the end result is going to be success. In a short amount of time all of these posts will be mute anyway. Except one person that will save everything I write for years to come. Lol. He is worse than my x wife attorney...lol.
With that said GO SFRX ...
And to those that are not. Just get off the ship. It's a choice. Why argue with everything?
Oh yeah it's your job.
Very Frustrating...
My assumption that restricted share are being added to the public float?
Thank you to anyone that can provide a detailed explanation on how this works.
now only 1,024,045 have traded and its only down 1.35%
how is that mathematically possible?
Can someone explain to me how trading a total 870,045 at the open drove the stock down over 25%?
Any word yet on excavation on the Juno site ???
$$$$ Today is the Day $$$$

Well, the PPS held up good considering ....
Quote: I understand you don't like the company because they aren't from your era Raider but if you are thinking they can't figure out something like the size of the boat needed for their ops at Juno then you are really selling them way way too short.

I certainly wasn't selling them way too short when I criticized the very fact of shown incompetence when they bought two small recreational boats for serious treasure hunting. On that subject I could go on and on. Up to this point, in my opinion, there is little they have figured out correctly. Time shall tell.
Whatever they may be doing, sea conditions just couldn't be better with the exception of 'flat calm'.

If someone didn't like the company, why would.......
they provide common sense advice?
Raider said Melbourne was just flotsam, the reports have proven that, yet the company renewed the permits even after Kyle said the device told them there was no treasure at Melbourne.
I recall folks claiming that "experts" agreed that Melbourne was the likely resting place of the Concepcion. When asked, not one "expert" was named. Kyle went so far as to say they were "on the wreck" at Melbourne, but you say to suggest they can't figure out boat size is selling them way too short?
That's hilarious.
There's always been excuses and not just for Juno. Always, along with incompetence.
Again and again and again why they have not dug the initial treasure targets is something I do not know. But I only know so much and that is from what they put out there via social media or PRs. As for the boat size there is no issue imo. I understand you don't like the company because they aren't from your era Raider but if you are thinking they can't figure out something like the size of the boat needed for their ops at Juno then you are really selling them way way too short.
Quote: Your reasoning would be wrong Raider. It's just about the tech being able to perform at Juno imo and then they dig.
___________________________________
...And are you saying they are going to perform salvage operations from a 27 foot sport boat? Please correct me if I'm wrong on this assumption.
Furthermore, if they have already established position of gold and silver targets, why wouldn't they be proofing them thus proving the tec. works and the site actually does have treasure?
Well, they need to start Really Soon or the PPS will be trading alot lower, IMO.
Your reasoning would be wrong Raider. It's just about the tech being able to perform at Juno imo and then they dig.
Did longs think the speed boats would......
be used to salvage Juno?
The proper salvage vessel has long been discussed here, especially with the discussion of the film crews that will document this.

(P&S). P&S has been engaged to create and service a government agency project for the next 12 months and beyond. The purchase order is the second of other planned projects to service a group of U.S. government agencies.
Seafarer CEO Kyle Kennedy commented, “The significance of a different U.S. government agency being recruited by Seafarer to contract with P&S demonstrates the validity of the business model to build multiple revenue streams for Seafarer. Attracting these government contracts is wonderful for Seafarer shareholders and I expect them to continue to expand. Kennedy added, “P&S has been an amazing business partner who understands the needs and nuances of a complicated, diverse and secretive clientele. The solutions offered by P&S are tailored to meet the extremely high demands of some of the most sophisticated and technologically advanced agencies in the world.”

This is the second of a total of six pending Federal level contracts for this year. We are also anticipating the awarding of Seafarer’s first State-level contract sometime in the third quarter. PHOENIX, Feb 14, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX) -- PHOENIX, Feb. 14, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Uptick Newswire Stock Day Podcast welcomed a partner of Seafarer Exploration (SFRX), a publicly traded underwater salvage and exploration company. Don Beavers, the President and CEO of Probability and Statistics, Inc., joined Stock Day host Everett Jolly to discuss their partnership with Seafarer Exploration.
Jolly began the interview by announcing to listeners that the Stock Day Podcast will be hosting a five-part special on Seafarer Exploration. Just five days ago Chief Technology Officer, Dr. Michael Torres, appeared on the Stock Day show.
Jolly then asked Beavers to share some insight into the partnership between Probability and Statistics, Inc. (P&S) and Seafarer Exploration. Beavers stated, "We started working with Seafarer last year, they're an undersea exploration company. We do a lot of high-end computational mathematics and technology integration, and we saw some opportunities to work with them. They've got a great company and we've got some technologies that really fit into what they do."
Beavers further explained that Probability and Statistics, Inc. mainly specializes in the aerospace industry, compared to Seafarer which specializes in undersea exploration.
Surprisingly, these industries have a lot in common including similar mathematical applications. The partnership between these two companies will allow Probability and Statistics, Inc. to help Seafarer Exploration track debris fields and determine the most likely location of wreckage spots. Additionally, Probability and Statistics, Inc. has extensive experience in blockchain technology which benefits the Company's search for rare metals.
Beavers also shared that P&S is also helping Seafarer Exploration develop new sensor technology that allows them to find non-ferrous metals at a much greater distance than ever before. "We have a pretty impressive engineering department here and we have some really talented scientists, and we're helping Seafarer Exploration make this part of the job a lot easier," stated Beavers.
Beavers added, "Our goal is to make Seafarer the most advanced company, technologically, out there." He continued by sharing his excitement for their partnership with Seafarer Exploration and the technology that P&S will be able to share with them. Beavers then closed by stating his amazement for the Company's findings and his own personal enjoyment in participating in the search for treasure.

TAMPA, Fla., Sept. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Seafarer Exploration Corporation is pleased to announce a share exchange of 60 million restricted common shares for 10,000 non-dilutive common shares of the private company Probabilities and Statistics, Inc. (P&S). Seafarer has received a one percent position in P&S.
Kyle Kennedy, CEO of SFRX, stated, "This is the first major step in building a strong symbiotic relationship with a cutting-edge technology company. P&S has the capacity to take us to a new level of technological development and ultimately potential revenues. A carefully designed program has been created between P&S and Seafarer to both monetize emerging technologies and engage Seafarer to be compensated for directing private and public companies who wish to utilize blockchain encryption to P&S for their services. P&S is a leader in blockchain encryption and already works with government, aerospace, defense contractors, banks and industries in a high-tech research, development and support role. Nobody in our industry sector remotely comes close to what Seafarer is doing. We already set the bar in everything we do, but P&S can take us into a space that far exceeds our expectations and industry norms."
Kennedy continued, "P&S has an exceptional team of scientists and engineers who can further propel our own development of technology in specialized equipment to advance our proprietary designs. Additionally, P&S has innovative computing and modeling systems which utilize a type of artificial intelligence to maximize effectiveness through its proprietary advanced algorithms. To our knowledge and extensive research, no one compares to P&S."
Mr. Kennedy added, "While ongoing upgrades to the Iron Maiden have limited the number of working days, combined with fewer days of seas under three feet, we have continued to work and find shipwreck material. We appear to have shipwreck debris from the early 1700s, but the area is large and will require more work."
Don Beavers, president of P&S, stated, "Probability and Statistics is very excited about proceeding with Seafarer Exploration on multiple projects including blockchain applications, engineering support, topographic modeling, sensor recording and analysis, and other relevant advanced technology integration. Our experience in aerospace and engineering directly translates to new and exciting opportunities in the undersea world. Combining our advanced computing with Seafarer's exploration experience brings significant potential for success. Our blockchain data systems could also provide a competitive advantage for Seafarer in both data and security. We also believe that Seafarers existing partnerships and alliances, developed over many years, will lead to potential new projects and revenues for both corporations. Our equity exchange is based, from our point of view, on the belief that our technology could push Seafarer to the very forefront of sub-aquatic exploration and its related industries and bring new revenue opportunities to both entities."
Jun 20, 2013 (ACCESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Receipt of Permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Easement Clears Way for Excavation to Begin on June 20th, 2013
TAMPA, FL June 20th, 2013 — Seafarer Exploration Corp. (OTCQB: SFRX), a company focused on the archaeology and research of historic shipwrecks, has crossed the final hurdles relating to the proposed excavation of a shipwreck site located off of Lantana Beach, FL with the recent receipt of a permit from the U.S Army Corps of Engineers and an underwater easement agreement from the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund. The permit from the U.S Army Corps of Engineers, a five-year approval ending on June 18th, 2018, represents the last step in Seafarer's quest to excavate this exciting shipwreck site and that effort will begin in earnest on June 20th, 2013.
Seafarer received an initial permit from the State of Florida for a shipwreck site located off of Lantana Beach, Florida in 2012. The site has recently been surveyed using a Geometrics 882 Cesium Vapor Magnetometer and this survey work showed compelling evidence that a large part of the ship lies buried in a relatively compacted area. Having completed phase I of the mapping survey and underwater video, Seafarer is now beginning phase II known as digging and identifying the wreck. Items found and documented on this site in past explorations by third parties suggest the wreck might be a French or Spanish ship from the late 1600s however it will require significantly more work and time to determine what is actually contained on the site.
Kyle Kennedy, CEO of Seafarer, commented, "We wish to thank all of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers personnel, especially Melody White, who worked diligently on our permit until it was completed. With the final step in place, including the easement, we can now begin to focus our efforts on discovering the wreck site. We understand the great responsibility placed upon us and will strive to do our best and to exceed expectations."
Alexander Javorsky, captain of the Iron Maiden, stated, "We have the ship fine-tuned and operating very smoothly. We have assembled a competent, honest crew ready to work, which I am proud to be part of. The excitement of the crew is overwhelming, and we are eager to begin excavation."

TAMPA, Fla., June 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Seafarer Exploration Corp. (SFRX), a company focused on the archaeology and research of historic shipwrecks, has received an Environmental Resources Permit relating to the proposed excavation of a shipwreck site located off of Lantana Beach, FL. The permit was issued pursuant to Part IV of Chapter 373, Florida Statutes and Title 62, Florida Administrative Code from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and represents an important step in Seafarer's quest to excavate this exciting shipwreck site.
Seafarer received a permit from the State of Florida for a shipwreck site located off of Lantana Beach, Florida in 2012. The site has recently been surveyed using a Geometrics 882 Cesium Vapor Magnetometer and this survey work showed compelling evidence that a large part of the ship lies buried in a relatively compacted area. Having completed phase I of the mapping survey and underwater video, Seafarer is preparing to begin digging and identifying the wreck and the DEP permit is an important step in that process. Items found and documented on this site in past explorations by third parties suggest the wreck could be a French or Spanish ship from the late 1600s but it will require more work to determine with accuracy what is actually contained on the site.
"We are certainly happy to be one step closer to being able to explore and identify cultural material of the Lantana site" said Kyle Kennedy, CEO of Seafarer. "I want to personally thank the hard working individuals of the DEP who thoroughly dove, investigated and processed our 2nd site, Lantana; with special thanks to Benny Luedike who advised and proactively managed all aspects of processing the permit. I also want to thank our own Joe Albert for his continual diligence and work ethic toward completion of the permit."
Mr. Kennedy continued. "We have stayed focused on our short term goals to obtain three concurrent active sites while researching for sites four and five. We have also maintained and furthered our goals of developing long term strategic relationships with both local and foreign governments and contributing to research and education. Our crew and myself have completed hours of educational study of archaeology classes given by Dr. John de Bry, and will have continual course study into the future. We have recently completed a research trip to France with Dr. de Bry where historical research was conducted and many interesting and significant facts were discovered. Some of the research pictures can be seen on our website www.seafarercorp.com."
Archival research was conducted by Dr. de Bry in the archives in Dieppe and also in both the Archives Nationales and the Bibliotheque Nationale de France (BnF) in Paris. His research was divided into two sections; (1) looking for and acquiring data on the 1715 Fleet that sunk off Florida on July 31st of that year, and (2) searching for documents pertaining to the Jean Ribault Fleet of 1565 sunk north of Cape Canaveral. Both endeavors were supported by Seafarer. Dr. de Bry located several documents pertaining to the 1715 Fleet as well as one important document related to the loss of the 1565 French fleet. He is of the opinion that additional documents on the 1715 Fleet will be located at the Archivo General de Indias (AGI) in Seville, Spain and in the National Archives of Cuba located in Havana. Such manuscript documents will help Seafarer achieve a more accurate interpretation of the cultural history of the Site (Melbourne Beach Site).

My thanks goes out to our dedicated staff and shareholders who have persevered through the battles and difficult challenges we have faced over the last year and a half. Through those adversities, we have come out stronger and better. We have targeted some areas of interest with the cesium vapor magnetometer survey which we will explore initially. TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Seafarer Exploration Corp. (OTCBB:SFRX.ob - News) announced a Hillsborough County Jury rendered a verdict on April 5th 2011 at 4:45 pm in favor of Seafarer for $5,080,000.00 in compensatory damages. After two days of evidence had been presented in court, a jury determined that hundreds of on line posts written by Sean Murphy under the screen name of "Floridatreasurecapt" were false and caused a decrease in market price. Seafarer believes collecting any or all of the damages will be difficult to do, but will continue to try to collect until paid in full.
One of the Board Directors for Seafarer, Pelle Ojasu, stated, "We are pleased with the verdict rendered by the jury and I am very happy our CEO maintained his vigilance to prosecute those who would maliciously hurt the Company and its' personnel through relentless false postings over the last year. Now that the truth has finally come out, we can continue our focus on building shareholder value and executing our business plan." Lead trial attorney, Craig A. Huffman stated, "Mr. Murphy is going to be an example of what should happen to people who sit behind screen names and negatively, falsely, impinge the lives of people and of good companies. We are not done with him yet. This will set a precedent for small market companies to fight back." Co-counsel, David Chalela, stated, "We and our client are weighing the approach to take toward punitive damages in this case to dissuade others from doing this."
