Net operating cash flow 3 month still negative, but went below $90M loss.
Company operates on negative gross margin at a loss, yes.
Interesting, especially after bankruptcy.

Are the sales for 143,821 shares buying or selling ?? Is there a way to tell??
Contract for 5 drilling rigs in Qatar will make it pop tomorrow
$SDRL Equinor drilling timetable unsure as Greenpeace activists board rig
Greenpeace activists have climbed aboard the West Hercules oil drilling rig, owned by Seadrill (SDRL +0.1%) and commissioned by Equinor (EQNR -1%) in the Norwegian Arctic, in a protest against new oil drilling in the area.
Four climbers reportedly ascended the oil rig, four people were at the base in kayaks and others were protesting from the shore holding banners.
EQNR says the rig is due to begin its contract in the coming days, with drilling operations scheduled to start in early May.
The permit received earlier this year from Norway's Petroleum Safety Authority was the most northern license to ever be granted for drilling in Norway.
No sure but almost back up to level of oil when this was 15$ a share should retrace pattern
Oil continues to go up above 10 should pop 2 bucks
Should be past rig oil continues to go up
The butt pounding will end when the price of oil goes up and stays up long enough to make it worth spending a fortune looking for it.

Does anyone know when this butt-pounding is going to come to an end?
I’ve been here since 1.53 before going BK to see my shares trickle down to .09; just to be bent over once again in a insane R/S that devalued my old SDRLQ shares into $25.00 “new shares”, just to buy more and get butt- pounded down to $8 now! What is going on here???
When is this blood bath going to end?
Oil prices keep going up fins next Tuesday will see what happens
Crude oil has went up almost 10 dollars since low these stocks will catch up with rebound
Not yet amigo. If us keeps kranking out the oil, expect another 59 percent drop in share price!
Time to Load . Load it $
You just reiterated my point that its a margin violation. "They'll just likely force cover him and give him a massive margin call as he didn't have enough $ to cover the trade."
Although trader sold shares he didn't have the position is net 0 once he buys shares back. They aren't going to bust bunch of trades and randomly penalize people that bought them legitimately in the market place.
Having been in a similar situation first hand I know for a fact you get to keep the money. Same as you'd be liable for a loss even if the trade came about with broker allowing the screw up.
$SDRL : Dont look now but $SDRL new highs
This is going much higher now.
Next target is $50.
Currently at $25

Long story short...Currently playing another ticker that had bankruptcy dismissed. Just doing some DD on how other plays panned out but hadn’t had much time to really drill down on this one...thanks for your help.
Twoods
Why are you devoting energy to this. Untill there is an oil shortage and prices are high enough to make ocean drilling profitable, this stock is dead money.

Thank you, truly appreciated. Did their assets outweigh their debts?
They were a very highly leveraged company that paid a high dividend and didn't cut it fast enough when the rent they could get from drilling rigs declined due to oil price drop.
So income couldn't cover debt.
Toofuzzy
I’m not familiar with this company but know of the recent share conversion.
Can anyone quickly tell me what brought it about? For bankruptcy, did the debt outweigh their assets?
Thanks In advance.
Reverse split quagmire, sea drill now trading below its bankruptcy low of 3 cents equivalent, what is it that is wrong with finance?

Yeah, when the new shares were issued at $25 I waited thinking $15 would be my target, but when it was $18 and climbing, I bought in at $19
So you purchased new outright shares , 1000 at $19 = $19,000
Got a thousand shares at $19.00 holding for $30.00. That shouldn’t take long here.
Good to know because that was all I purchased...so my account says zero....
What about that all options puts will be expire on July 20 and anyone short puts will not get any part of shares
So who will benefit if court favours old seadrill on the legal cases that appear to be won already? Could it happen that old share holder increase % on new seadrill? Or are those cases already absorbed by the whole restructuring process?
Yes it does. Few months ago I was accidental in short position because of problems with my broker.
The short position wouldn't increase my portfolio value that doesn't make sense.
Likely a glitch, I have to call them anyway.
Yes, but that is the value of the SHORT position. You will have to pay to cover that short, since you sold shares you do not have.
CALL YOUR BROKER. The longer you wait, the more it will cost you.
There is no complication you answered the question. I should have 7 shares. Not 1000.
It's either SDRL didn't divide right or, more likely, my broker is involved with it. Before I sell I best contact them.
Very strange development.
This is incorrect because on the same page as my shares it teels me the value and it shows a very large number for value.
