So who will benefit if court favours old seadrill on the legal cases that appear to be won already? Could it happen that old share holder increase % on new seadrill? Or are those cases already absorbed by the whole restructuring process?



The stock is separate from the Company. The Company Seadrill is the same today as it was a year ago. It has just been reorganized, so the equity ownership is different. But the Company has not changed.

Therefore, if the Company prevails in any legal cases, it will be the current equity holders. it will not result in any change to the reorganization arrangement.
