Derbenski,
I'd like to take some time to focus on the rather large coincidences regarding Javelin, and the companies they assist.
It appears that every one of them is connected with Andrew Beyer.
It also appears that Beyer has a connection with Equitrend Advisors.
It further appears that Beyer is connected with Gemini Communications.
But there are some other connections that are surfacing, connections that I am shy to reveal just yet, because I am verifying all of the DD.
I can tell you this...if verified, it's a "healthy" connection, and in the end, the old phrase "It's a marathon, not a sprint" might not apply.
I believe if you do your research, you will find the same things I am finding. Since I do not have PM capabilities, I'll ask that if you would like me to contact you, drop me your email in a PM during Friday Happy Hour here (4-5pm EST) and I'll be glad to "compare notes."
I'm not about to state something I'm not 100% sure of. I am only going to say that the pieces are starting to fit together, and not in a good way for Javelin.
IMO/FWIW
Maybe it was Dr. Gas?
"In the summer of 1995 Dema Elgin told me he had heard of a guy who was working on exhaust systems and was responsible for the strange-sounding exhaust on the NASCAR® Winston Cup car driven by Sterling Marlin and owned by Morgan-McClure racing."
"Boyd put some ads in Circle Track magazine and Mark Giles, exhaust system fabricator for Morgan-McClure Racing, called with some questions."
"That next Saturday night I was watching Daytona 500 qualifying on ESPN, and there was Benny Parsons and the other announcers talking about the weird-sounding number-4 car. I guess it worked. Sterling won his qualifying race and won the 500.
"After that I got calls from all the teams, but Larry McClure said he wanted an exclusive deal for that season. That turned out to be a blessing. I got paid some money, and it gave me time to develop the concept without a lot of pressure."
http://www.drgas.com/articles/art_paulhaney.php
"We are pleased to extend our relationship with Morgan-McClure Motorsports with an associate sponsorship of No. 4 car for the 2007 season," said Bryan Hunsaker, CEO of Aero Exhaust, Inc. "They have been a great partner, and we think the world of that team. We are very appreciative and excited about State Water Heaters sponsorship of the No. 4, and believe with their support, Morgan-McClure Motorsports will have the type of season they have been looking for."
Aero had that crappy deal with Morgan McClure, does DR GAS! have one as well?
Derb
I had a friend send me this link.
Awesome video about American Heroes.
Somewhere along the line ... someone sold Aero with the idea that advertising with Nascar was the way to go.
So they sponsored a car and hired Rusty.
Obviously ... being a little company .. they did not have the staying power it takes to be involved in Nascar.
It was a very expensive lesson for Aero.
It is also the reason that the Miller Trust sued and was named on the patent as an assignee.
TruckerChris,
" Also, if FCCN or Aero can break .10 with solid profits without dilution, I will return and ride it up from there."
If the above situation does happen, I believe you'll be able to make good money going up, even at .10.
IMO/FWIW
TruckerChris
"I think AERO had great potential, until it became involved with FCCN."
I agree, Performance product manufacturers can do well if the product does what it was advertised to do, I do not think the Aero Product lives up to its advertisements right now but that does not mean they could not build on that product and make it better, but now with the Peacock involved it seems the focus is selling shares instead of providing a good product, its almost as if the Aero folks were giving up and this is a farewell party in which they are cashing in on as they exit.
I don't think Rusty Wallace has any idea what is going on here but my guess is that once he finds out you wont see his name along side anymore Aero products.
I just had to respond to this post. I can say that so called Bashers that talk bad of a stock with no proof or facts to back up their claims are in it, I believe with alterior motives. Having said that, this board has not bashed any Javelin play. It has presented many, many, many facts and past events concerning certain CEO's and CFO's. These facts do not speak kindly to past performance. So one can only judge based on past performance, what future performance holds with these Javelin plays. I think AERO had great potential, until it became involved with FCCN.
Looking ahead, I wil never forget my experience with this stock. Also, if FCCN or Aero can break .10 with solid profits without dilution, I will return and ride it up from there. But, if everything about javelin is true and I were to keep putting money in this stock; I will have lost more money than I already have lost on this stock.
Only time will tell.

EarnestDD,
There are many illegal things that go on within the internet, especially on internet stock message boards.
How would you feel if you found out that the head of a hypothetical IR firm, which covered many companies, actually was tied in to companies in another hypothetical IR firm, and had an alias on a message board (or more) without disclosing the connection?
We've seen many weird things, and I think that all of these companies that have been found to have the same "headquarters location"-that of the IR firm-is pretty odd. But there's more out there to know IMO...much more.
I guess we'll all have to stay tuned.
And do plenty of research.
Forewarned is Forearmed. Gonna have a "healthy snack" and head to bed.
IMO/FWIW :)
Because its ... ILLEGAL.
we will see.........
Does your wife know you're throwing HER paychecks into POS pinky companies?
No you're not... I guarantee you're not...
EXACTLY! But as time drew nearer, and more "logical/real" DD was presented, the story was slowly transformed to try and fit the circumstances... right before the 8k was released, the story had gradually gone from "AERO is worth at least $20 million" to "I hope AERO is small so growth can be explosive"...
You are right, if I got a nickel for everytime I heard, "you will see", I'd be riiich!
People have been telling me that "You will see" ever since January 2006.
Aero is huge.
Aero has profits.
Aero is great.
You will see.
And with the final closing of Aero ... and release of the 8k ... we all SAW.
That is all you say, and ever since you have been saying that the PPS has tanked...
dcj
"All AERO's new distribitor's added TONS of sales
last quarter!!"
Pure speculation, have you called any of the Aero distributors? I recommend that you do because I think you will find a different story than the one you are telling here.
No Evidence has been presented to support your claim of huge sales numbers, make those phone calls and see for yourself, it's not the muffler of choice for the distributors that I called.
I am betting sales numbers will be steadily declining but that is just my opinion, I spoke to a few distributors and if they are not impressed and not ordering product than I am sure not going to get excited or believe the claims about the aero product, those guys are the experts and they deal with the customers and sell the products and if they are recommending the competition over the phone then that tells the true story.
So you are claiming to have "inside information"?
LOL
you will see..................
Now you are just speculating that they have financing.
LOLOLOL
If I was Dr. Gas ... I wouldnt want to merge into this mess either for anything but Cash.
That is just smart on Dr. Gas' part.
But where does Aero get the money for the Cash Settlement with Dr. Gas?
With few assets and the stock price at $0.005 ... more dilution??
you will see one................
Please provide a link to the fact that financing is in place.
There has been no press release to that effect.
Hmmmm
Earnest, Ask yourself this:
Would Dr. Gas actually merge or be acquired by a company with less assets than them? NO WAY
Now ask yourself this:
The logical step for this to happen is "CASH" settlement
AERO/FCCN has Financing in place and it will be Public over the next two weeks
Mark this post
Financing already in place..... you will see
Dr Gas is a double edged sword.
If Dr. Gas has great profits, assets, etc., the dilution will be HUGE. And the share price will reflect the dilution.
If Dr. Gas does not have great profits, assets, etc. it will cause a lesser dilution but will not result in a strong combined company and the share price will reflect that fact.
Dr. Gas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good companies can buy on credit.
But that was not the purpose of my statement.
The purpose of my post was that I do not beleive Aero has enough inventory to supply their new distributors.
And if you can not deliver, you can not sell.
And please ... I am sure your wife is a nice lady ... but leave her out of this.
When a "Wholeseller" stocks there "Warehouse" u think they get all the product for free???
NOT
OH and by the way My wife sells orders to Walmart that are anywhere from 500,000 to 1.3 mil so you really do not know how the Wholesale/Retail industry works!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sales are not sales until such time as the product is delivered and the risks and rewards of ownership are transferred.
All AERO's new distribitor's added TONS of sales
last quarter!! weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
you will see
And the 4th quarter will be even better!!!!!!!
I want to see Aero's third quarter results because I want to see all of the excuses as to why they are Poor.
Pumpers expect way too much too quickly.
It takes time to ramp up sales.
Call Andrew at 951-677-8073 and ask him if he
e-mail a "Darcy Christopherson" the info
as simple as that!!!!!
JAVELIN BOARD MUST READ:

Good info!
My name is on them, Give me a call 651-238-5263
OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
I am wiring more $$ monday morning should be in account by 2 to 3pm
Hope I can still get em under .01 :)))
Re:All the posts regarding IR:
1.No name on the email. For all anyone knows, I could have written those emails. Or GoldenStar. Or even roger wilco. My point is that no signature could mean anything.
2.All of those emails feature forward-looking language to cover the IR company. "Expected," "my understanding." Very protective wording. That is normal PRspeak for an IR firm.
3.The merger isn't complete until the filing shows it is complete. So any statements made as fact regarding a merger of Dr. Gas and FCCN are blatantly incorrect.
4.I "expect" that all the Javelin companies are filing bankruptcy on Wednesday. Does that then make it true? OF COURSE NOT.
I gotta say, I'm feeling pretty good today. Must be all this healthy eating I've been doing. I've dropped 12 pounds in the last 5 weeks. Maybe I'll run a marathon! That would do my body good!
Getting back to FCCN, at this time they have ONLY acquired Aero, who does NOT have a history of multimillion dollar revenues or earnings, only a history of losses. They have an LOI, which is the furthest thing from a signed agreement, with Dr. Gas.
Period.
IMO/FWIW
dcjr4107, Press Releases are not fact and AERO merger took 10 months.
I would imagine that you will buying millions of shares of FCCN shares at the open on Monday and not be like all the others talking about how great FCCN is trying to get others to buy.
Good luck.
FCCN - Keeps getting better by the day!!
True, but the merger is public knowledge through the PR
And is a fact
Hopefully, Aero and FCCN consider us worthy enough to receive Aero's third quarter financial results even though it is pre-merger.
For information purposes.
The 10K will be for the pre-merger FCCN as of the end of September. The reverse merger between Aero and FCCN took place in October.
Yet again another misleading post... did you miss the "expected" part?
I "expect" it to rain tomorrow, does that mean it's going to happen?
Quit misleading people... did you miss the part where they said, "our understanding"????
That is their "back door" encase the O/S has changed, which IMO it has...
Your post from IR indicates that Aero has run a multi-million dollar muffler business in past years.
Not per the 8k.
One of two things then:
1. Didn't realize they had let their business slip so much.
2. A lie?
How are Aero's assets and revenues to grow without any cash available to do so???
Dilution is one way to raise the necessary cash.
dcjr
"A name and symbol change is expected after the Dr. Gas acquisition is completed."
You should be very scared now! Name and symbol change Associated with a REVERSE SPLIT? Perhaps you should email back and ask if the Reverse Split will accompany that name and symbol change, my guess is they won't answer you but it is in the 8K that they are going to accomplish one.
UCOI another Peacock company just put out a filing yesterday with no PR stating they are going to do a reverse split which could be up to a 1-500 Reverse split.
Tis the Season for Reverse Splits for Peacock and company!
dcjr
"Our understanding is that the issued and outstanding"
Well they covered themselves in that statement so if it has increased they did not lie, they just had the wrong information, and furthermore can you explain why then the PPS has tanked since the 8K?
And did I miss it or was there no name on that email you received?
Someone has been selling and I would bet it has to do with Dilution.

The financial disclosure for Dr. Gas is expected as part of the acquisition process, just as it was for Aero Exhaust.

Scam Plays and DTC "Chilled" Stock - Beware of Both
**************************************************************************************************************
Since DTC is starting to "chill" or global lock quite a few stocks I thought it might be interesting to start gathering information on the various "chilled" stocks here. I'll be adding a list of the ones I know about in the near future. Please post information on any stocks you know of that have a DTC "chill" on them.
Not all DTC "chilled" stocks are scams, but, the end results to the long term shareholders appear to be the same.

Here's some interesting reading for those with any concerns about speaking out freely with information about scams:
From IH Geek [Dave]
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=53187425
An excerpt:
"This is an important day for freedom, and a fatal blow to those who would attempt to silence our collective rights using foreign laws as their sword.
It is our great pleasure to announce today's enactment of the SPEECH ACT, otherwise known as the "Securing the Protection of our Enduring and Established Constitutional Heritage" Act. This is important legislation, not only for websites such as as iHub but also for individuals who wish to exercise their constitutionally protected right to express their views.
The new legislation, which was signed into law today, is based on the similar laws passed by New York, Florida and other states. It prohibits enforcement of foreign libel judgments in all U.S. courts of law when the foreign laws are not as protective as American law or do not comport with U.S. principles of due process. It also requires US courts to apply the immunity provided by 47 USC 230 with regard to foreign judgments against interactive websites like iHub. And perhaps most importantly, it provides the jurisdictional authority for US courts to issue declaratory judgments in favor of the US defendants in such foreign judgments, and provides for recovery of legal costs in incurred in doing so. No longer will US citizens and business be held hostage to libel judgments obtained in countries with archaic libel laws that do not respect the constitutional and statutory protections provided by US law.
It should also be noted that this bipartisan legislation passed both the House and the Senate unanimously. That speaks strongly to the will of Congress and the American people; in this age there are scant few matters before the Congress that would garner unanimous support.
Our thanks and congratulations go to Congressman Steve Cohen for originally proposing this legislation, and to Dr. Rachel Ehrenfeld who spearheaded support for the legislation. We also acknowledge the members of both parties in the Judiciary Committees of the House and Senate for getting the legislation right and getting it enacted without opposition.
We recognize and congratulate those of you who have held your ground in the face of intimidation from foreign operators."

Here's an example of the type of scam stock I'd like to see listed here:
OTC BB | Medical - Healthcare | EYI Industries (EYII)
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=4264
Dirty shell is an understatement here:
If you go to the State of Nevada you will see their corporate status has been revoked:

Pinksheets has them as Caveat Emptor
EYII closed it's doors on April 2, 2009. Website came down and nobody heard from the company again. A number of reps are now trying to file a class action lawsuit against the company. They stopped paying reps after this point. In the weeks and months leading up to April 2009, they had begun putting caps on distributor checks. After this time, the patent holder/inventor of Calorad took his product to ASANTAE, inc to allow them to distribute. EYII never owned Calorad or the rights to distribute it. Try googling for EYII distributors, and you will not find a single one that is active. There are a few that have moved onto other MLM companies, and have maintained their old telephone numbers, but they will tell you that EYII went out of business last year. Evidently, the story is that 2 people embezzeled or defrauded the company of all their cash and they went belly up. They left all their reps high and dry and even wiped out their downlines of customers, because they took down the website and they were not able to access their downlines.

This Forum used to be for the discussion of Javelin Advisory Group Stock Plays, however, the company no longer exists. Please feel free to use this board for any scams you find. Just provide links to prove your assertion.
