What are you waiting for?
Last month, I alerted ADIA at .02. Then earlier this month, I alerted it again at .03. Now the .03s are all gone, with .034 next up on the ASK (only $680 worth, though).
Are you starting to see the trend?
Yes, the volume is light and that is what may cause some people to stay away from ADIA, but in my opinion, that's when you want to be buying: when things are quiet!
ADIA is a real company, already selling refreshing Fruit-Flavored "On-The-Go" Probiotic Drink Powders and Chews at various retailers (including the Southwest region for Whole Foods). Growth into other Whole Foods regions is expected to continue until ADIA's products are available nationwide. Until then, you can always order their great products at http://www.adianutrition.com.
ADIA has been quiet on the newsfront, but has kept shareholders and customers updated through their blog, e-mail updates and social media.
Once the PRs start up again, the stock should swiftly move into the .10+ range, considering the very low float of 13.8M shares, and the strong holding by long-term investors. Rapid sales growth is going to draw some serious attention to ADIA at some point in the future.
Don't let ADIA become your next "Shoulda, coulda, woulda stock" - it is truly a rare gem.
About a month ago, I proclaimed ADIA as my 2013 Stock of the Year, trading around .02. The volume has been light since that time, but the bids have been slowly building over time, and today we started to see a little buying at .03, so progress is being seen.
In my opinion, ADIA is one good PR away from breaking out to .10+. The float is 13.8M shares, of which a large number of shares are held by long-term investors. The O/S is 71.9M shares. The company has not issued a PR since mid-September, but stays connected with its shareholders and customers through e-mail updates, a company blog and social media.
ADIA, which produces a very unique probiotic nutrition drink, has been making great progress with retailers since their inception in late 2011. Until a few months ago, they managed to gain a presence in 13 Whole Foods locations near their headquarters in Southern California.
Just this past week, ADIA announced though an e-mail update that they are now on the shelves at Whole Foods in both Arizona and Nevada as well! With corporate giving them the green light for 41 more Whole Foods Market locations, they are gaining new shelf space each week.
Having your product carried by Whole Foods is no small task, and with their foot now in the door, I would expect expansion to continue to the hundreds of Whole Foods locations nationwide.
This is a great story in the making, and you can own a piece of the action for only 3 cents per share! The product is one that I drink daily, as the health benefits are unquestionable, and the taste is amazing.
Very rarely do you find a true gem in the OTC markets, but this is one I feel as excited about as I did only once before, and that was another stock, SMKY, which ran from .01 to .89 (sidenote: SMKY could be ready to run again soon, too).
ADIA has the potential to do just as well, and will only continue to get stronger as time goes on.
Short-term target: .10+

I was going to wait until 2013 to unleash my 2013 Stock of the Year, but it appears the time is right to start to get the word out on ADIA.
The float is only 13.8M (O/S around 70M), and the company has been doing some great things behind the scenes. For whatever reason, the following has not been PR'd YET, but was sent in an e-mail to customers last month:
"Adia Nutrion On-the-Go Probiotics is now approved to be in all of the Whole Foods Southern Pacific Region. This means we're expanding our Whole Foods stores from 13 to 44! "We love being a 'local' supplier with Whole Foods Market here in Southern California. Now we have the opportunity to expand our footprint and put Adia Nutrition in the hands of Whole Foods Market customers in Arizona and Nevada, as well as Whole Foods customers up the coast to Santa Barbara." (April Nugent/Co-founder)"
The fact alone that they have their foot in the door at Whole Foods is huge. It should only continue to grow their sales. The company is also introducing their products in China and Hong Kong, so the growth in 2013 could be enormous.
They also just started posting on their company blog again, so I'm thinking they may be gearing up to make more regular announcements now:

We’re back – again

This is our 201st post on the blog. It’s been dormant for a few days, geologically speaking, but it’s back and fresh as of today. Our goal is to have three new posts per week with exciting bacterial news for everyone.
So all of you who read us in the past, get ready for some excitement. Since this is all about the updates, I thought I would start by talking a little about how we’re doing this holiday season.
We’re coming to the end of our first full year of existence. We’ve learned more than we would like about starting a business, and if there was a mistake to be made in operations, we’ve done it. But we’re still here and the future looks bright. We see more and more news every day about probiotics and their power.
If you’re in the Newport Beach area, make sure to check us out at Whole Foods, Mothers and Equinox. We’ve done great demos around the area and look for to start moving east in January.
