Thanks everyone. Finally have time to catch my breath here. Been piles and piles of paperwork to do, relating to his passing, plus setting up new state's doctors, dentists, car title, plates, etc., with no mailing address. Be another week before mail on hold in old town finally makes it here to temporary P.O. box, since I am basically "homeless" right now, for maybe another couple weeks, or a month. House pending sale, and new house buy pending sale of the other. Should have known the market would dive too, LOL.

Yup. It is an unfortunate situation. And the supposed silence before the rs was broken by another weak and unimportant expansion PR in lynchburg. Not happy, but not out of hope, as I'm still very green here. Still, it will probably be shorted after the rs if nothing of importance is pr'd, regardless of how much expansion they are undergoing.

CPSZ has certainly decided to go thru with the r/s, even tho they couldn't produce the Aud/fins. I'm a bit P/O'd about the mess. I would have rather seen them build up the pps up before they r/s'd it. I know in the long run, I'll still be $$$s ahead on this st0ck, but lets face it, not as far as I (we) would have been with say, .25 pps X our current shreholdings. SUCKS!

Wish I could IMP, But house was supposedly sold, close on 15th, which turned out to be unrealistic date, they could never close that soon with the type loan they went for, and were NOT advised to not use that date and screw everybody. Anyway, movers came yesterday, so I'm now screwed. Buyer's realtor (who keeps screwing things up, got around to paperwork late on "closing" day, to ask for one month extension. But turns out, they were too high of income for that loan (Mr. Screwup talked them into switching to it.)

On the other front, with Hubbie's passing, I now need to pay 60% down. Not going to have the equity check from this house for the new house's closing, no life insurances will be in time either.

Anyway, daughter (who I flew in Monday, realizing his living will made death imminent)and I are working day and night to get house cleaned and be out of here, get her down to new area where she's never been, to see if she still wants to move into the area, then fly her back home, all while running cremation and pickup tasks, closing local accounts, estate, and start notifying all gov agencies that pay him annuities. If the house sales hadn't been going on, yeah, perhaps just time to grieve or withdraw. But that luck is not in the cards. But thanks for your condolences and emotional support. I'm also truly sorry for your losses also.

He couldn't reneg. Hubbie had his heart surgery today, so been long day. Anyway, Seller is suppose to be back in town in a couple days, so we'll see if he's willing to move closing date up, he wanted end of Aug, claimed was traveling and didn't want to come back early. My gut from day 1 said he was hoping for a bidding war and stretched it out to catch more buyers, not anything having to do with "traveling".

I'm hanging in there. It hasn't hit my average of .0017 yet. I still love the business. But their credibility has taken the final hit with their latest audited financials miss. Really embarrassing to admit they couldn't afford it the whole time and hadn't even started them. Other than that, business as usual.

Hey MB,

I can't imagine those t-shirts are selling anymore. Everything possible that could have gone wrong has. The audited financials were never even started. It's a great niche, business, and surely is expanding quickly; but it looks like it won't be getting any retail investment until after the RS and some positive PRs, and even then, who knows if it will.

You win some and you certainly lose some, but what a disappointment this shaped out to be.

I'm sure they are aware of that. Unfortunately we will have to see what happens at this point. I only feel irky for those that bought .015+ all the way to the low .02 range. For me, in the .00/share club, its just a worthy gamble.

if they get delisted, they pretty much are screwed. tough to expand and underbid the competition if you have no backup plan for capital and you've cut off one avenue, plus that is one HUGE blackeye for prospective clients to consider weighing them against the competition.

sometimes R/S's do work out. I realize in pennyland, more often than not, they can't dilute when they're this far down in pps, so the R/S gives them new dilution capabilities. But sometimes it is used to make quals on a higher exchange, etc. They have left themselves plenty of wiggle room with R/S'ing the AS less, but at least they did reduce it, another good sign, possibly, or not.

On behalf of the CEO, my apologies. There was the shareholder meeting debacle with good news and an RS thrown in for good measure. Then there was expansion into broward county. Then there was the 470 million shares sold for ~$3 million dollars, or close to 50% dilution, then there was the highest transaction volume for a quarter ever PR, followed by the good DD of lawdog showing that we now have 40 million of convertible debentures at a floor of .01 for cash of $400k.

A lot has happened. A lot has cancelled itself out. A lot can still happen. But will it be good for the shareholders? Stay tuned...

I don't recall if I got it or not, don't think I got written for sure, but I get proxy material daily electronically, rarely go thru it lately. Just one person out there, not going to control the outcome.

that's normal, MB, either vote in person or by proxy. What counts is how many shares the board holds to lock in the majority vote, which probably exists. We've seen that before involving a spinoff, didn't matter what people voted, the CEO and his private companies owned the majority vote, it was only a formality. Same is here. You'll get proxy either by mail or thru electronically thru your brokerage account.
I've only got a few hundred in this, haven't bothered to read the paperwork (yet), I think it is something that will eventually grow, unless they don't comply with SEC's ruling to have submitted audited financials to stay listed.
