you keep dropping your bid quantity as soon it gets hit, keep your 3.3m there and see what happens..
Was it a fake bid or was it me seeing I was the last buyer on the bid and dropping down another .0001 to try and get some panic sellers to sell to me more than 10% less? Hummm I guess we all see this is your first rodeo. Regardless, we all know you are broke and have nothing in this stock so I guess the only thing I can do is thank you for helping me accumulate so cheap. I don't know why you work for me for free, but I would like to make sure you are aware that I appreciate you spreading a bunch of nonsense in a stock you don't own and I appreciate you allowing me to utilize your free services so I can buy the stock at prices I never thought I would get a chance to again and hopefully you will continue to work for me and let me get some more shares even cheaper. Anyway I owe you a beer I guess, just please don't leave and continue to do what your doing helping me make some money.
Lets wait a couple days, about to have 15million more shares..
charts are great but we need news!!
Seems like a MM trade to each other to cover shorts, but I don't know. 5mil isn't very much at this level; we're only talking about $5000... I have seen 500 mil. T trades sideways in another stock. 500 mil would get my attention.
Yippers, just like the phony 5000 blocks on the ask.
notice the way the phony CSTI bid of 5m at .0009 vanished as soon as it started getting hit..
just like other times..

Do you suppose that 5 million block on the bid was for Ed? Been happeninig ever since they were "lucky," enough to aquire his services! Looking forward to seeing the T-trades today.
sure make those calls that will help, lol..
The MM's aren't following the rules again, putting up false share numbers... need to make calls again.
I have had a buy order in for ten minutes at the ask... too chicken to let this run, cause their short????

I don't understand why someone would get on a board and bash a stock. If you don't like the stock, then why even waste your time discussing it. If anybody here needs advice on a stock, I am sure we would seek the advice of a verifiable financial advisor. Grow up. If you don't like this stock, find another one (if you have time since you are such a super bad a$$, mega stock trader--and since you are a super bad a$$, mega stock trader, then why are you spending so much time bashing a sub-penny stock, when you should be discussing GOOG, AAPL, PLCN and stocks like that, in which super bad a$$, mega stock traders like yourself deal with on a regular basis). THIS IS NOT DIRECTED TOWARDS ANYONE IN PARTICULAR, JUST BASHERS IN GENERAL.
Good Luck To You All ( even the bashers)

Name change has been done. Ticker symbol may or may not change at this level. There was a posting sometime last week on this board on this. It was a Q&A with the company.
Good... and I will. The tighter this spring coils, the higher it will fly. Only two long term outcomes, in my opinion: Either Sutimco takes this on it's own to great places or they will be bought by someone who can't take the heat (or the cool, as it were). Owning any stock at this level is a no brainer.
Do you really think Ed Ellsworth is going to let his stock options hang out in this range... not a chance. Buying down here is like getting his package deal for myself.

How does your kind SLEEP at night?
You should be able to get some around .0008 soon.
<lol> Probably will take more than $4000 to turn this around... but some really kewl things are brewing here, and growth will come very natural <IN MY OPINION>

Really? Dilution?? You think the company needed $4400 dollars today? Get real.
4.4 million is nothing here... I'm almost there myself. This was most likely what was stated before, a sideways transaction to cover.

when market makers have been instructed by reps of the company to fill buy orders and the company or 3rd party selling for the company will supply those shares and if it happens after market close then the "T" trade results, sometimes those shares will be replaced just before close hence not a "T" marked trade..
end result is the same, the MM's have been told they will get those shares usually at a tick under what they sold them for..
regardless, it's always a result of dilution.. if and when the company stops diluting you will no longer see these large prints usually at or close to the low of the day..
fwiw, it's been happening with RPPR for several months now.. we can only hope they let it run before the A/S is maxed.
Nobody needs to make any stories up here, afterall the pps speaks for itself. .0008 coming soon.
T trades are like the short #'s....no one really knows exactly why or when they occur. The only thing that pisses me off about T trades is that generally they are well below bid at a price most of us will not be able to purchase them at.
imo
Form T Trades:
The Pink Sheets follows regular market hours, from 9:30 AM until 4:00 PM ET. The Pink Sheets follows the market calendar of the Nasdaq Stock Market and is closed on the days that Nasdaq is closed. The Quotation system is available from 7 am to 5 pm every business day. However, individual traders at a market maker control when the trader's quotes are open and firm.

569 Federal Register / Vol. 72, No. 12 / Friday, January 19, 2007 / Notices 4632. Transaction Reporting

(1) Trade Reporting Facility Participants shall, within 90 seconds after execution, transmit to the NASD/ Nasdaq Trade Reporting Facility or if the NASD/Nasdaq Trade Reporting Facility is unavailable due to system or transmission failure, by telephone to the Operations Department, last sale reports of transactions in designated securities executed during normal market hours. Transactions not reported within 90 seconds after execution shall be designated as late.
(2) Transaction Reporting to the NASD/Nasdaq Trade Reporting Facility Outside Normal Market Hours

Transactions not reported within 90 seconds also shall be designated as “T” trades.
Such {T} transactions not reported before 9:30 a.m. shall be reported after 4:00 p.m. and before 8:00 p.m. {as .T trades} with the appropriate trade report modifier as specified by NASD. 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time and be designated ‘‘as/of’’ trades.

Pink Sheets and Form T trades
Since the Pink Sheets does not accept pre-market or after hours trades, any stocks traded exclusively on Pink Sheets that contain the "T" indicator on a trade, is a trade that did not meet the NASD 90-second posting rule as per above. If the "T" trade appears at the beginning of the day it is because it wasn't posted at Pink Sheets before 5:00 PM on the preceding day.
There are three types of late reports:
1. Those with a time stamp within a minute and a half after closing are just normal
90-second delays.
Rule 6620.1 OTC Market Makers shall, within 90 seconds after execution, transmit through ACT last sale reports of transactions in OTC Equity Securities executed during normal market hours.
In this case the market makers may have conducted a trade within seconds of closing, but is delayed in reporting until after closing it is showing up a minute after closing. This delay, which is permitted, is often misconstrued as manipulation.
2. Then we have trades later than 90 seconds after closing. These trades fall into two categories and typically involve larger size lots.
a. The first category is sometimes used by financial institutions that are non-market makers to report larger transactions that actually occurred during market hours, but since they do not have access to the ACT (Automated Confirmation Transaction Service) use Form T to report. In essence, bypassing the MMs. MMs are basically prohibited from these "Off Market transaction" as spelled out in:
A pattern or practice of late reporting without exceptional circumstances may be considered conduct inconsistent with high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade, in violation of Rule 2110.
These ”Off Market” trades are typically used by larger investors to buy larger lots at prearranged prices without risk of driving the price upward or downward.
b. The second category involves so called “ex-clearing” lots. Certain transactions may clear and settle outside of the regular clearing system ("ex-clearing" transactions), where two dealers make an arrangement to settle trades between them outside the clearing system.
The process used to balance street side transactions depends on the type of comparison generated and the settlement method for the particular trade.
Trades Comparison is accomplished in one of two ways:
1. Electronically through the use of an automated clearing house such as the NSCC. This the normal way
2. Manually via Ex-Clearing. Ex-Clearing is a manual comparison process that is performed by the brokerage firm’s Purchase and Sales Department. Unusual short coverings can end up settle this way
3. See http://www.brokerage101.com/ for further education

Problem with your dilution calls is that the chart shows that as phoey until late...was it dilution as the pps was rising...along with the accum/dist line? Is/was dilution taking place...sure as they are using shares to pay debt. Chart currently shows dilution at .001 below. Dilution, small scale yes, but to try to make it seem massive or to insinuate it as part of a scam with zero backup or proof is just that...disingenuous...imo
It usually means dilution when counted as a sale, but in this case it was a purchase. Definition of Form T trade: A form required by the NASD for reporting an equity trade executed after normal market hours. We have seen T trades last week, coming off as sales, this one is a buy.
Usually it's a prelude to a run. I've seen many stocks with a T-Trade that run once you see one or a couple of them. I think it's an arrangement made between a big buyer and an MM that has a few shares he wants to get rid of. So instead of waiting a few days trying to get a better price and hampering the run, he contacts the big buyer and arranges to off load his shares without upsetting the normal trading. So the buyer asks him if he's done so he can control the price action. All in my humble opinion. So maybe a run is coming. Keep our fingers and legs crossed.
What do you think the t-trade meant?
Its comin. flippers getting ready to come back in. RSI showing over sold. I hope news is on the way.
4.4 million t trade buy on the ask to end the day.
Looks like the company is going to have to give them a reason to.
Flat finish on no volume. Reading some of these posts I thought it went to no bid.
Patience required on this one. Production of the electric car of the A/C world is coming. Take advantage of these prices. GLTA.
If your sense of smell is wrong we'll see those .0006's very soon.
Many many shares traded above .0014 imo.....
