when market makers have been instructed by reps of the company to fill buy orders and the company or 3rd party selling for the company will supply those shares and if it happens after market close then the "T" trade results, sometimes those shares will be replaced just before close hence not a "T" marked trade..

end result is the same, the MM's have been told they will get those shares usually at a tick under what they sold them for..

regardless, it's always a result of dilution.. if and when the company stops diluting you will no longer see these large prints usually at or close to the low of the day..

fwiw, it's been happening with RPPR for several months now.. we can only hope they let it run before the A/S is maxed.
