The only person who knows why is Erin. Speculation is all I can do since she hasn't responded to anyone in almost 2 years. I know she went to PR a while back but still absolutely nothing being put out.

She is actively participating in social media representation of Globex... Super strange that the whole family works at Globex and that nothing would become of that.

Only reason I can think is they are waiting for some improvement in the legal/political realm. The filings mentioned waiting for Puerto Rico to change their laws regarding public companies owning dispensaries. The Strainwise PR location is still up and running after a year in biz.
